GoogleMy husband and I recently tried buying a flat and were very kindly guided by Ginny Pattni. She was very reassuring and extremely thorough during the flat visit. Although sale did not happen due to reasons out of our control, Ginny stayed helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Nasty company. stay away from any property they pretend to manage. Their understanding of property management is copy paste answers with a bossy attitude. when you report a problem they will respond trying to sell you an insurance policy or tell you the problem is not there They will make you do the work they are suppose to do and make up expenses to sit on your deposit. your property manager will change every 2 -3 weeks. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK FOR 2-3 MONTHS

Avoid this company like the plague. Would have given zero stars if I could. Had a decent enough experience with them as tenants however the checkout process and everything afterwards has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Not very transparent or quick to update. Had to reach out to them to get an update on a place I had placed deposit on, only to then be told that the landlord wasnt accepting. Andy was the lettings agent - slow and unprofessional.
