I had a positive experience with the Chase Evans agency team in general but in particular, Molly Pariyanukul has been absolutely great! Especially during times when rent has been increasing like crazy and it is easy to replace tenants, she has handled the entire process of my rent renewal with grace and a lot of understanding whilst still taking a pragmatic stand. She has checked in and made sure I was well taken care of during this stressful process which I'm sure a lot of other tenants are facing as well. I really appreciated it!

Trustpilotvery slow letting deposit release & fixing check-in discrepancies
Speed up the release and reduce the haggling over unimportant issues regarding the return of a letting deposit. It took months after my check-out process to release the deposit when there were clearly no real issues in my case. In addition, very slow to address check-in document issues. In my case, a few were never addressed after a year. Aggressively using no-fault evictions clause, beware! I have money to buy a property but will make sure I don't work with this company.

I had a fantastic experience with my property manager Vithu. They really went above and beyond to ensure that all the necessary work was completed promptly. They were always available to address any concerns I had and made sure that the deposit release process was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate the effort they put into managing the property and their dedication to providing excellent service. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have made my life a living hell for 6 months. After reading other reviews, I can see it’s not just myself facing these issues. If you’re thinking of listing a property with these guys - save your tenants the stress & go elsewhere. If you’re thinking of renting a property from these guys - DO NOT DO IT- it’ll be the worst decision you make. This company left me with toilet water leaking on my floor for over 3 months, causing damage to the property, damp & extremely unhygienic conditions, nobody at Chase Evans seemed to care or even want to help me with these issues. Left me with a broken washing machine in the property for 3 months, despite me raising this with them over 10 times all in an attempt to blackmail me out of the property. Been forced to spend my own money on laundry services for 3 months because they refuse to assist. The day I raised a formal complaint - I received notice to vacate the property. I’ve still not received a complete answer to my formal complaint. Nobody at Chase Evans seems to get back to me. Absolute cowboys, have caused me emotional distress and left me with a huge bill. I’ve now had to contact the property ombudsman, citizens advice and the police in a last ditched attempt to stop these criminals discriminating against me any further or forcing me out of my home.

My agent, Mohammed, was exceptionally helpful and honest. He took the time to understand my financial position and offered realistic guidance about the property market, something other agencies seemed unwilling to do. Have had a great experience renting a property in East London. Aurora Li, property manager, from the head office is amazing to work with, very attentive and reassuring. Great service. On the initial lettings process, just be wary this took a month from holding deposit to signing tenancy agreement through a mixture of factors. Just bear in mind if you are tight for time.

The worst property management I have experienced. We have had nothing but issues from the day and hour we got our keys. The communication from the team is so poor. First showed up early to the flat to collect the keys the day our tenancy began no one was at the property. When I phoned to find out where they were they told me that I was late and the girl had left (I was infact early according to the time they had emailed me to be there). Issues with hot water, no heating, a broken balcony door and a washing machine in disrepair. None of these issues are Chase Evans fault but the lengths we have had to go to to have issues dealt with or engineers attend the property has been unacceptable. I understand that the property manager has to contact the landlord before someone can attend but the lack of follow up, communication and time lapse is extremely poor. We have had to constantly chase and follow up on these issues some of which have still not been resolved. We have had a broken balcony door since we moved in 8 months ago and we are fast approaching winter and the issue has still not been addresses despite constantly requesting this to be resolved.

Absolute pleasure to deal with! Everyone in the team is extremely professional, organised and efficient. We managed to complete all the tenancy checks and the docs signing process in just a few days. I moved out of my previous residence three weeks ago and am still waiting for my deposit to be released. Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive the check-out report. To make matters worse, the agent handling the matter went on holiday for two weeks without providing any updates or resolution. This level of communication and service is completely unacceptable.
