We have had an excellent experience with Catarina as our property manager. We've raised about 8 different items over the past few months and each time received an update, within a day, that a contractor will be coming to inspect and sort it. We're very grateful for her proactiveness as we receive regular updates whenever an issue is raised and we remain continually impressed by the speed of response/resolution since working with Catarina.
