GoogleThe worst service from any letting agency I have ever experienced in London. Moved into a flat that was supposed to have been professionally cleaned, but instead had most of the previous tenants rubbish left behind, fixtures broken, Chase Evans property management (specifically Gian Gianotti) being rude, absolutely not helpful and refusing to take any responsibility even though clearly in breach of our offer conditions. If you can avoid this letting agency in any way - do so!

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars, I would. They've provided the worst rental experience I've ever known. They're slow to deal with things and will charge the landlord and tenant at every opportunity. When I renewed a tenancy, they charged £90. It was a single-page, standard addendum that I ended up having to print off myself and take to their office. Money for old rope for this lot. Oh, and do you want your deposit back? Maybe you'll get it in a few months after moving out.
