Had two property managers with chase evans and both been very helpful. On the other hand, their negotiator is probably below the average of the industry, shows not interest in negotiating, simply answering no all the time.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional! Stay away from this letting agency at all costs!!! Doesn't respond to emails, calls and even their emergency hotline is unavailable most of the time. If you ever have any issues with your flat Chase Evans won't move a finger to help you. Instead expect rudeness, unprofessionalism and ignorance. Don't know how they ever got a 5 star review on here - wouldn't be surprised if they are buying themselves some reviews to avoid having a review score that's completely ruined - that would be fitting from the experience we've been having with them.

GoogleThe worst estate agent I have ever worked with. These people made my life hell for the 2 years I lived in a property under their management. Any problems we had with the property were never promptly addressed (usually took 3-4 months for a response). They also tried to squeeze us for extra money at any opportunity, charging us over £100 to renew our contract despite their being little to no paperwork involved. They don't respect tenants and don't seem interested in resolving your concerns. Avoid.

GoogleQuite a poor experience with Chase Evans. The agent I worked with was incredibly unhelpful not responding to queries I had regarding other flats in the area they had available aside from the one I booked a viewing with. After viewing, no questions were asked regarding opinions just an offer letter. I declined the offer and asked what else they had and was just ghosted. I then found another flat through another agency which suited everything I was after. I still get relentless emails and texts from Chase Evans with flats which unsurprisingly didn't fit the budget limits we set, nor the location requirements. I have sent 6 unsubscribe requests over two weeks to them, all also unsurprisingly being ignored. They've got lovely flats, but their agents really seem like they just don't care.
