Having rented with Chase Evans for a few months now, I must rewrite this review completely. Although the estate move-in team were friendly, the building management staff are hopeless. Since moving into my new flat, I’ve been in constant battles with them, trying to get basic maintenance work done on the property. Appliances are broken, radiators are leaking and Chase Evans are incapable of managing things. Their professional tactic is to block all attempts to communicate issues - I’ve now been waiting three months for a replacement oven. In my opinion, this is a very amateur estate agents. I would seriously encourage any prospective tenant to look elsewhere, as I have had an extremely frustrating experience renting through them.

Recently, she helped us taking care of the whole renewal process of our property and give prompt response all along. I deeply impressed by her professional attitude.
