I got a very good news from Kimberly…

I got a very good news from Kimberly Fernandes, East Property Management, just now. She did very good job which is out of my expectations. Our ex-tenants which came from overseas may not familar with the local practices of the check out processes. Even the inspection was done by third party, they challenged every item picked up. Kimberly finally got their agreement for the dilapidation proposed after 3 months!!

BE CAREFUL at the end!!!!!!

at the CHECK OUT they try to get money for everything, they asked me an exorbitant price to fix a toilet and a light bulb, when I refuse to pay it, they told me that we have to reach an agreement and that this is the price and when I threaten to make a complaint to My DEposit, they instantly lower the price to half, I continue negotiating and they continue lowering it.

We have recently signed a 5 year tenancy agreement for our new home at Bodiam Court, as this is supposed to be a long term property and I have to say this was something we were looking for a long time, thanks Chase EVANS I found it exactly where we wanted and size wise too, however at the move date we had few issues example (marks on the wall , furniture broken and carpet stains). We had contact immediately the agency explain how disappointed we were and told about all the issues, immediately they had introduce us the Property Manager to take care of our case it was perfectly so we would deal only with one person who knew everything, I have to say the Property Manager Gian was very good, not only listen to our needs but help to everything details even manage to get new things in the flat, his job was endless between us the tenant and landlord. Thanks Gian you were wonderful for sure we can call this house our dream home now. I will recommend your services to our friends. Once again thanks for all the support you gave to us to solve all the issues without you this wouldn't happens. Viviane & Gabriella

I moved in to my apartment managed and leased by chase Evans, the apartment was missing some arrangements, after a talking and bouncing through a few people, I spoke to ms Lee Chen and my experience with chase Evans peaked, she was very helpful, took time to listen to all my concerns, related to all of them, and re-assured me that she would handle them, in a very timely manner she did, she contacted the landlord in a very timely manner and cordinated very professionally between the two parties, she cared very much about my problems and took interest. I'm very pleased with he professionalism and dedication to her job as well as caring to help people in distress.
