LANDLORDS, DO NOT USE CHASE EVANS AS YOUR LETTING AGENTS. APPALLING LACK OF CLIENT SERVICE Totally incompetent and useless and only interested in their commission. Rude and obnoxious during every interaction with a large staff turnover making it easy to blame a previous colleague for any ineptitude. Despite paying for property inspections and requesting that the apartment should be well maintained and any renovations be carried out as required, our new agents were shocked at the state of our apartment with mould visible on walls. We had to pay a significant amount to bring it up the level we, as landlords, expected before letting it out! We have a large rental portfolio but have never received such an atrocious client service! STAY CLEAR AND FIND ANOTHER LETTING AGENCY!

Would advise anyone when reading these good reviews. Been a tenant, trying to get back rental deposit, left the apartment two months, one week delay on any email reply, there is a number to call but you will never find your property manager, tried to reach once but she didn't seem to know what you are talking about. Now can't get back my rental deposit, no one to contact to, even today no one picks up the phone. Not to name names, perhaps it's just my bad luck with all the wonderful reviews from others.

I rented a property managed by Chase Evans. The initial rental experience was smooth, but absolutely horrible after.They gave me a property manager email. When I needed to contact him, I got no reply. After a few weeks, I started emailing and calling other random contacts I found online and it turns out he left the company, no notification to me - i.e. no point of contact for issues.I got the new email for property management. They don’t reply either. I needed to ask a maintenance question. No reply. Needed to arrange for a tenancy reference for my new flat. No reply, took weeks of stressful back and forth.After I left, their inventory then claimed a bunch of damage that was already present, contradicting the inventory they did when I moved in. They refused to discuss this in any detail.Tenants: avoid at all costs Landlords: your tenant will have no real point of contact despite that being what you pay for, so maintenance issues and so on will go unheard.Update: Now 3 months on, they haven’t updated the heating bills to the new tenant despite me emailing repeatedly. I’m getting debt collection letters for heating that isn’t mine and I can’t get an answer out of Chase Evans. The nightmare continues.
