I had a very pleasant experience with Giulio Sampaolo in the agency. He was so helpful and the whole process was so easy and professional. I felt that he actually cared for my needs. It didn’t work out for me to find the apartment I wanted, but I’m leaving the review because I really appreciate the way he handled everything and assisted me through the process in a fair way for me and the landlord. Best property manager makes the experience

I've been a tenant with Chase Evans for a few years now and, by far, the most positive part of that has been my property manager, Aurora Li. She communicates in an extremely polite and timely manner, shows great empathy for the experience of the tenant and works hard to resolve all issues as swiftly as she can. I hope she gets a raise (because there aren't many property managers like her) and remains my property manager for as long as I'm a Chase Evans tenant.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very good during letting and money making It’s now been over a month waiting for my deposit to be returned and it’s unclear what deductions are required or when I’ll receive this. The property has also been listed again. Shocking performance, lack of responses and a clear miscommunication with me. The only approach to get your money back is legal action through deposit scheme - shocking! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid if possible

I've moved out and the other tenant remained. The process was incredible difficult with no response from them and having to chase daily for reference and bills to be changed.Fast forward 6 months later, a bil that cam be changed only by them was never changed and I found out I might get in trouble for not paying.Even now I call they say will send a email to confirm things and they never do....I've never had this much trouble with any other estate agency

Disorganised and rarely deliver

Unfortunately the employees that I've dealt with at Chase Evans under perform. The house I've been renting from has had a number of problems and it can take months, sometimes pushing a year, to get anything sorted. They ask for multiple of the same images of the issues, promise to send out contractors only to be cancelled the evening before as they haven't actually received/ asked for permission from the landlord.Not the most enjoyable customer experience sadly.
