I lived at a property managed by Chase Evans for 2 years without any troubles. Issues were resolved quickly and support was there when needed. The checkout process was fast and the partners they use, such as East Property Management, are very professional. Its truly really hard to rate chase…Its truly really hard to rate chase evans as some of the staff are so lovely and will go out of their way to help you as a tenant, where others will favour the landlord and try their absolute best to scam you…I was super disappointed with Chase Evans by the end of our tenancy after they tried to take half our deposit for things that were clearly either there before or just natural wear and tear…My advice would be to make an itemised list of things that are wrong with the property when you move in, supported with photo’s to make sure you’re covered and they dont try and take your hard earned money.They love dropping a huge professional clean fee at the end of a tenancy also, they did this to me and some friends of mine… you will most likely have to get that back via my deposit but just do everything you possibly can to make sure they cant tell any lies about you!

We rented a furnished flat for our daughters on the basis of photos and a video showing very good state of the flat. ChaseEvans were very helpful during the signing procedure. However, the first time of biding the flat at moving in showed the flat was in a very poor state with stained mattresses, degraded box springs, broken furniture. Even though the ChsseEvans agent said bed should be replaced, the owner (HongKong) wanted to do no work and no replacements. Chase Evan’s did not do their job to rectify the situation

I have been dealing with Erica Lin at the end of my tenancy. She never missed a beat during the moving-out process in June. However, she's been playing cat and mouse with me about returning my deposit. She ignore my emails for weeks. As of today, I'm still waiting for a reply to my email sent on 15th August.I have not received any inventory report since I vacated the property in June 2024, Its 30th August today and still havent received my deposit.The excuse I've been given is: Landlord says I have damaged something but there is no inventory report given to me to prove that. I have benn asking for the report since the end of my tenancy. Still don't have it.
