I was renting through chase evans for 3 years. I had a positive experience. When I was moving out I was a bit concerned that it was going to be difficult to get my deposit back (just because of the reviews I read here). Turned out, the process was quite transparent, fair, and smooth. I got my deposit back within 2 weeks after moving out. The property manager (Lisa) was as well very responsive, can’t recommend enough.

GoogleFantastic service and follow-up. I had many vieweings with Darnell McDonald from the Pan Peninsula office. He was constructive, provided good information about the area and always found good options with the budget I had in mind. After choosing which apartment to go for, Darnell was efficient and secured the property very quickly - it was a very seamless process. I can give my best recommendations regarding Darnell and Chase Adams.

Racist, you will not get your deposit for month and months, they will find all random excuses not to pay, they will try to deduct as much as they can from deposit. They will put 400£ cleaning fees plus on top of that extra for an absolute clean flat. They assume if you are Asian you have money and would not care
