GooglePre contract was very pleasant and efficient. I was happy as I was told the flat would be managed by chase Evans. Once I moved in, the experience has been a nightmare. They are rude , unhelpful, forgetful, have no attention to detail and are keen to discard you at the earliest opportunity. I’ve been trying to lodge a complaint and it’s being blocked by their supposed assistant team leader. No methods to escalate. Utterly disappointed. However was very happy with the agent ( Oliver I think his name was ) who helped me pre contract.
