GoogleI do not recommend Chase Evans at all. It toke me more than a month to receive my deposit back and the inventory was completely manipulated to take money from me. I could prove with pictures that what was listed in the inventory as a damaged or missing in fact was jn the property or it was a pre existing damage, many of them were considered but some were not and in order to receive my money back ASAP I was forced to accept a charge of £350. I've always heard to not rent with Chase Evans because they do everything to not pay the deposit back and to manipulate the inventory. Anyone at Pan Peninsula can say the same, do not rent with Chase Evans.

The inventory is done by an independent Inventory company and in case of a dispute you should contact the deposit protection scheme. Furthermore, he helped me gain access to the letter box to retrieve an important document which was immensely helpful. Overall, the company staff are helpful and friendly.
