We appreciate all his assistance throughout the end of the tenancy process and that he communicated all our requests to our landlord and got back to us very promptly. My second review about this absolutely ridiculous agent

As I thought I would get my deposit and overpaid rent transferred back. This agent inform me that she have transfer me the money and process this on Monday (11/12/2023). Usually it would take one day for the money to be in my bank. It’s Friday now no money receive. I start emailing her since Wednesday and got no responses back and it happens the same when I emailed her on Thursday. I have try to be patient with the spamming emails and replied her emails quickly and kindly. But not giving me my deposit and overpaid rent back is another story. She could have simply tell me there’s an issues. She chose to make up a story that the money has been sent and ignore my emails simply asking for proof of transfer. I will put her name here even if this review gets flagged to remove her name out.

Great speed of response and resolution of issues

We have had an excellent experience with Catarina as our property manager. We've raised about 8 different items over the past few months and each time received an update, within a day, that a contractor will be coming to inspect and sort it.
