They've gone out of their way to ensure we settled into the flat as quickly as possible and resolve issues (which are no fault of their own) without question or delay. A friendly and proactive team.

From a rental persective I have always reccommended - and I will do in future - this firm to any investors needing their apartments to be rented out. Dear Sir/Madam, I am sorry to hear about the slow response. We are unable to identify you with your Google name. Can you please send an email to info@chaseapartments.com As you can appreciate if there is damage caused to the property by the tenants. The owner has to obtain quotes for repair etc and this does take some time. However, if you have signed an AST agreement your deposit will be protected and you can raise a dispute via My Deposits if you disagree with the charges. Please send an email to info@chaseapartments.com and we will look into your case and send you the relevant documentation.

GoogleThe location is just nice ! Next to the famous Fish&Chips (The SeaShell of Lisson Grove) **must try the calamari! 5 mins walk to the Marylebone subway and train station (2 stops away to Bicester Outlet. The place is just nice !Clean and β¦

GoogleChase Apartments are an absolutely appalling excuse for a lettings agent and I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.They 'managed' a flat that we rented for two years and throughout that time they were completely inept at sorting β¦
