GoogleSeeing how well understood the value of Customer Service is at Chase, is exactly why i wish to provide my feedback. From the point of understanding my needs to getting me an apartment and from having easy international communication to receiving my deposit back, Chase has always succeeded in making me a happy client. I have been banking my trust with them to assist me for the past three years and they have always impressed me with their service. Thanks Guneet for all the assistance.

GoogleMarina Wang was my agent and she was the absolute best! She found me a flat in no time and was super helpful with any queries I had. Her and her team were also highly responsive and considerate which was so reassuring especially during these unpredictable times. GoogleGot my deposit back nearly 3 months after I moved out of the property. They only returned about £100 out of £3.4k and charged an extra fee for cleaning even though the flat had been cleaned and vacated exactly 1 day before the contract ended... Apart from being a complete rip off and finding any way to steal your deposit, some of their agents, like Nevila, are incredibly rude and condescending on the phone, and will basically tell you it's not their problem anymore once they manage to get as much money out of you as possible. I would give this place 0 stars if I could for their appalling customer service and treating their customers like cash cows, with no ethics or effort. They will also claim anything to make it seem like it is not their fault or problem when in reality they will just not bother to help you once they have your money. My advice is steer clear if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and money and go to a different estate agent who actually values their customers. Very rude and unprofessional.
Dear Irene, Thank you for your review. We take complaints very seriously. We have reviewed your file and can see an issue had arisen regarding your notice period. Unfortunately, you did not give your 2 month notice in time and vacated the property early. The landlord made a decision to charge for the extra months rent due to the notice not being served correctly. Sadly, this was out of our control and not a decision made by us. As discussed, you can raise a dispute with the deposit protection scheme regarding any deductions. Regards Chase

GoogleI rented via Chase/Guneet a lovely duplex for almost two and a half years, only moving as my housing needs changed. Guneet was approachable and helpful and any issues that arose were tended to promptly. When it was time to move on, they responded flexibly and deposit returned in full within 2 weeks. GoogleRecently, during our holiday to London, we organised to stay in an apartment on Gloucester Street through Chase Apartments. They were very responsive in meeting our needs and professional in providing all the required information prior to our arrival. As described in the Airbnb listing, once we climbed up to the top floor apartment, we were impressed to find a modern, clean and comfortable place to call home, during our stay. The location was amazing, right around the corner from Marylebone Station, it was so convenient to complete day-trips to Stratford-Upon-Avon and Oxford from here. Its central location made it ideal for tourist attractions like Baker Street, Madame Tusauds and the British Museum. I'd recommend these apartments to other London holiday-makers and return there myself one day. Thanks Chase Apartments!

GoogleWe had rented a studio apartment in Westminster through Chase Apartments. We found them to be reasonable and communicative across the duration of our association. We were also fortunate to have a wonderful landlord who instantly resolved a few urgent repairs with some of the furniture when we moved in. Our stay over 1.5 years was comfortable and moving out checks were conducted by the landlord herself. We had to follow up a couple of times for the refund, but Chase remained communicative and refunded the full deposit amount. Would be a pleasure to deal with them again in future when we move home next.

GoogleChase Apartments seemed like a normal agency but has played of dishonesty along the whole process. We signed the contract and paid them the full requested money. They did not tell us they were in a dispute with the landlord and we never received the keys to move in. The lease started 12 days ago and we are still struggling to get our money back. I would not recommend taking the risk to deal with them

As you are aware it was the landlords decision to not release the keys to you even though he signed the tenancy agreement. I understand your frustration and we will review our internal procedures to ensure that this does not happen again.

GoogleIt is a really great agency. We have rented a flat near the Euston station for one year. The flat has a good location near UCL and is clean. The people in the company are really helpful and trustful, especially Ricky and Michael, they are both nice guys. We enjoyed the time living there and thanks for the help from chase apartments.

GoogleHave rented out and sold a property through Chase who are highly proactive, efficient, honest and transparent in their dealings . They are also very fair. Guneet and Michael have been superb and I would highly recommend using them. I certainly will use them again.

He rented the property in very quick time.
