Thanks guys Chase apartments have just sold our flat in Camden and I have nothing but praise for Michael. He was thoroughly professional in all he did, displaying patience and huge energy in his drive to sell the flat. This company is a fraud, their letting agent will run away after you paid your rent & deposit, couldn’t find anyone to communicate with afterwards. Their WhatsApp always shows online but no one will reply your message back. Extremely arrogant attitude on their phone line and always refer you to someone else. Avoid at any cost!!!

I moved in this week and Dina couldn’t have been more helpful with all the usual things that are complicated with a move, and minor repairs etc. It’s all been made easy for me and communication has been excellent. The process of finding, viewing and signing up for the apt has been a really easy and friendly experience too. Gillian has been great: really accommodating and answered all my questions quickly and with a smile. All in all, I’ve been really impressed and have every confidence that I’ll continue to get such great service.

From my first telephone contact with Gillian Papenfus at Chase the service was impeccable. Professional, courteous, very prompt in responses via WhatsApp, it was a huge relief to work with Gillian after some disappointing experiences with other agencies. If I could give this place a zero star, I would do that without even thinking for a second. This place is so unprofessional and I wouldn’t even call it a ‘real estate’ because it doesnt even know the ethics of a real estate. Michael, a Senior Negotiator was supposed to meet us on Friday September 21 to view a property. Me and my sister had to ditch our classes for the appointment in which he didn’t even show up. When we reached, we got a call from him saying there’s a problem and he doesn’t know where the keys are and told us to wait at the place. We sat for a long time in which we got no answer from him. When we later called him, he said its better if we postpone the viewing for tomorrow (22 September). The next day, we didn’t even get a message of him apolozing. When we sent him a message telling him to let us know because we have some other flat in mind too, he ignored us! How professional is that?

I can highly recommend Chase for rentals, in particular Mario Andres. I needed to find somewhere to move into very quickly and it was quite a stressful time for me. Mario was on hand to answer all my questions and respond almost straight away every time when I was chasing constantly for everything to go through. He is very proactive and genuine, which you don't find often with lettings negotiators. Thanks for everything Mario! :)

Unfortunately in London you choose your flat and the agency comes with it. Otherwise I'd AVOID Chase. Rented through them for 1.5 years. Signed up through Michael, who was okay other than him trying to tell me the rental contract is generic and it doesn't matter what is in them, when I wanted to remove a payment clause that didn't apply (he removed it eventually). Also our fully furnished flat was missing a bed and most of a living room. Over the next 1.5 years we were passed between Dafne, Deena, Serena, Enoch and Ricky. Only Serena ever replied to emails and had a clue. Their maintenance person Din is also extremely unreliable and doesn't tun up when he says, instead calling last minute on weekend evenings to beg to come. Checkout was made difficult because Ricky didn't communicate anything between us and the landlord. Eventually we met her and everything became much easier when we excluded Chase. We even found out Chase had charged the landlord hundreds of £ for maintenance they hadn't done. Chase refused to provide tenant references to our new agency, saying they were "too busy" to do it. Finally Ricky withheld part of our bond without telling us. Chase had asked us to pay for something on their behalf and deduct it from the rent - and they tried to claim back that deduction from our bond. Useless. Pity that they manage some very good flats.
