Saj was an extremely professional letting agent. Saj was easy to work with and very honorable/honest. I was really impressed with Saj.

My first renting experience in London was with Chase and they provided excellent service. The flat was in a great location and furnished nicely. Guneet was friendly, easy to communicate with and most importantly reliable! I would recommend to all my friends.

Very happy with the service provided by Chase Apartments - in particular Michael and Ricky. They are attentive and quick to respond to my queries. They are also honest, knowledgable and have the ability to get the job done.

I just finished my internship with Chase Apartments. At the beginning I was quiet nervous, because my english is pretty bad. I was afraid that I wouldn't understand the people. However, the whole team was very friendly and I was able to improve my english too. It seemed like the people spoke much slower that I could understand them. Although the time was pretty short, I recognized that the number one priority of the company is to satisfy the desire of their clients. To summarize, it was a really nice experience and I appreciate their kindness :)

We rented through Chase in 2017/18. Having been told the flat would be professionally cleaned before we agreed the lease, we turned up on the first day to find a thick layer of dust covering the whole flat, grease on all surfaces in the kitchen, dusty socks under the bed, etc. We contacted Chase about this, but they could not arrange for cleaners to visit the flat for several days - so we did the majority of the cleaning ourselves in the meantime in order to be able to unpack. A window and a door were broken and had to be fixed. No inventory was sent to us, despite requesting it several times during the first weeks of the lease. Throughout the lease the agency was slow to respond to messages and had to be nudged several times before things were fixed. At the end of the lease we did not do a thorough clean, as our contract stipulated that the property should be left in a condition as clean as it had been when we'd moved in. It was significantly cleaner than it had been at the beginning of the lease. Having vacated the property, we were sent the inventory for the first time - it was clearly inaccurate, and did not show the broken window and door. The agency told us they wanted to subtract £100 from the lease in the form of an inventory fee and £250 for professional cleaning. We disputed this because we had not been able to rely on the (inaccurate) inventory and because the property had been left cleaner than it was when we had received it. The agency then withheld our entire £3000+ deposit during the six weeks it took to resolve the dispute. We have since discovered that this is in breach of letting law. The individuals we dealt with at the agency were all very sweet, but overall the agency was not only incompetent, but also behaved unlawfully, pressuring us to accept unfair deductions from our deposit by failing to return the undisputed amount. Choose another agency.

Fantastic location and great amenities made this place in Fitzrovia an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in London. So close to public transport and heaps of pubs and restaurants' to choose from. Will want to stay there again when we visit again next year.

I rented a flat from Chase Apartments for 2 years, the flat is very centrally located and very nice but their services is terrible and they take a very long time resolving issues with the flat. When I first moved in, there was a silver fish infestation and furniture and work they promised to complete before the move in were not completed. It took 3 months+ into the contract for us to get everything sorted. During the stay, problems with the flat take forever to be handled despite persistent effort trying to contact them. E.g. when the entire building had a keypad access change, we were only given 3 fobs instead of 4 and it took over 2 months before we got the 4th. After the move out, the deposit hasn't been returned (no news even) for a month (and counting, as it is still not returned).

The flat was excellent and exactly as it was advertised but I had a terrible experience with them. the way things were handled within the agency was very poor. For example, we were led to believe one move in date and we couldn't move in to the apartment until 10 days after. Promises of extra furniture agreed on were never fulfilled. We had to handle all but a few minor issues ourselves with little or no help from the agency. At the end of the tenancy they decided to request from us things that weren't in the original contract. Their inventory report was inaccurate and even our pictures taken proved that their claims were completely unfounded but after an arduous back and forth nothing came of it. It was a stressful experience and I would never wish it on anyone.

Having dealt with several letting agencies in London, I can say that Chase are easily the best. They are pleasant to deal with, never tried to rush us into anything or charge us any hidden fees, and provided a reliable and personable link between us and our landlady when we needed to deal with contract negotiations. Their communication can be a bit slow at times, but usually that's due to them sorting out the issue at their end before replying. If I ever move back to London, I would use Chase again without hesitation.

At first, i have found the flat from the chase apartment company for my family to stay for a short term until my graduation, and the flat was extremely beautiful than the picture that I saw on the internet. Moreover, the landlord offered me a good price when i decided to stay in the flat for the whole year, and he also helped me with any things happen in the house as well as contact the storage for me to put my stuff during the summer. Finally, they will answer or respond you message as soon as you notice them the problem in the flat, I have lived in London for a long time and this agency is the best agency that i have found. Many thanks for your help.

I found Ricky to be a confident and positive person in both his dealings with me. His manner is friendly whilst keeping a professional attitude to the business in hand. Once the deal had been agreed I was kept informed with regular update in respective of how the deal was proceeding. Again his attitude was friendly and professional. The overall experience was by far the most informative and positive relationship I have ever had with any estate agent I have previously worked with. It all went smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend Chase apartments to prospective customers.

Chase Apartments seemed like a normal agency but has played of dishonesty along the whole process. From not telling us they were in a dispute with the landlord - after we signed the contract but before we receive the keys. We never received the keys to move in - the lease started 12 days ago - and we are still struggling to get our money back. I would not recommend taking the risk to deal with them

I've been waiting almost 20 days to have my tenancy deposit back. According them, they are waiting for the landlady to check the inventory and see what she wants do to in the flat. However, the company is paid to do this service, inventory check in and check out. That's why I don't know what's going on. If they are too slow or amateurs.
