GoogleI’m very happy with my current flat that I rented through CBRE. I was contacted by Mr. Ash Wilmot who is very professional, kind and fast to response. He understood my needs perfectly and found a flat that meet all my requirements. Also, I was oversees and hence unable to view the flat in person before I rented it. Mr. Ash Wilmot visited and shot videos of the flats that I was interested in. He responded to all of my questions quickly and guided me through all the procedures and paperwork professionally. He asked me for details (budget, nr of rooms, location etc.) and got back to me with an email listing all of the properties that matched. Any queries I had re. each property was answered super quick and in a super clear manner so as to help me narrow down my options to find the property I liked the most. I have recently started looking for a place in central london and in rightmove it quickly became obvious CBRE had the best unfurnished flats selection in Covent Garden and SoHo. I got in touch with Sophie who was great in terms of understanding my very specific needs and proposing houses! She was super nice and very helpful at all times, making herself available even after hours when we had to conclude the negotiations quickly. GoogleI moved from Amsterdam to London and had Sophie as my agent to help me find an apartment in central London. I had rather specific wishes with regards to the location and the features the apartment should have. Sophie regularly scanned the offer on the market and pre-selected properties that were worth visiting. She prepared the visits very well. In the end, thanks to her immediate reaction and action when a very desirably flat came onto the market I managed to get the ideal place. She could not have been more responsive and professional.

Special thanks go to Fred Wright from the Sales Team - who listened to my needs and found and negotiated the sale of my property all via the wonders of email and Facetime! Fred even went down to the site to show me a real-time virtual viewing. Once the sale was concluded, Fred then asked his lettings colleagues contact me - and Luke Mellor and William Porritt not only found me an excellent tenant, but one that could move in the very next afternoon following date of completion.
