GoogleSophie M. helped me with the process since the very first day and we could find a flat and do all the paperwork even though I was overseas. She was super helpful, answered quickly all my texts and emails and she made the process very smooth. I went to most of the other agencies but I never found somebody up to her level.

GoogleSam agreed to show me the flat on a Saturday even though it wasn't a working day for him. He supported us really well through a reasonably complex sale and even emailed and texted responses in the evenings when it suited me best. And when it came to snagging on our new flat, he introduced us to the developer. It was all very refreshing and professional.
