A very ungracious and offensive community "manager" at Yunnan Rd., Shanghai Branch. Slander me for smoking in the restroom, with the only evidence "smoking alarm went on", without checking if I even have a lighter or cigarette on me. Then went straight to our office and WARN us not to smoke in the restroom, without confront me with solid proofs. Also, invalidated my access card, truly "professional" stuff here

I paid £54 upfront for a days office space in London. The common areas were extremely noisy so meeting difficult and then the general other area was dead silent with notices to please not disturb anyone. Then my Internet didn't work so I had to log a ticket . They only got back to me 4 hours later so I had to use my phones own Internet. There's no complaints process so when I got hold of support, the agent replied to my complaint 'oh well is there anything else i can help you with'and cut me off.

I had a great experience with them. Their facilities are comfortable, well-equipped, the wifi connection works really well, the coffee is delicious, etc. I once had a minor issue, but it got easily resolved through their customer service. Well done, wework and keep up the good job!

They're scammers and they make it impossible to cancel your membership. You have to call them or email and it takes forever. Shitty ass coworking space that is overpriced and they just try to rinse your money because they're broke. I do NOT recommend this place please avoid at all costs

WeWork plays loud music in the Hot Desk Area. It is impossible to focus on Work. Moreover, WeWork shuts Air Conditioner at 7pm but not the loud unsolicited music.WeWork hot desk is a fish market and a total waste of money. There is no business etiquette. There have been several complaints with regards to the loud unsolicited music but WeWork is not listening. Total waste of money

Rude staff. Don't believe the registration email that says "we're excited to have you" and "you'll be greeted by our friendly community team"At Longacre on 13th Feb 2024 at 13:55 I was 'greeted' by an extraordinarily unhelpful woman who couldn't bring herself to look up from the laptop she was using, or say hello when I did. When I needed help (it was my first visit in a very long time and I don't know the system) she sighed at me, waved at an iPad, saying "check in there". After I'd done that, she ignored me again. So I asked "what do I do now?". The reply was "you wait for your host to get you, that's the POINT of registering" with another bored sigh. WeWork don't have a mechanism for sending a complaint on their website. I wonder why.... Later on she told a late-arriving person in our group that the "host has gone and there's nobody to let you in". We were all still in the building. I don't know how she still has a job, if that's the way she conducts herself. If you can put up with obstructive front desk staff then the space inside is OK.

TrustpilotHope and pray they don't mess up the billing.
They make constant mistakes on our monthly invoices, which then require months of going back and forth (with huge delays from their side) to try and get the payments rectified. I think they do it on purpose in the hopes that people won't be tenacious enough to keep following up to have the charges rectified. It has happened to us multiple times, and I'm also fairly certain our "account lead" works there like twice a month so it is impossible to make any progress with her involved.

Had to Work for Manchester Marathon and work /upload pictures after the event. The internet speed at the location St Peter's sqaure was horrible. Every lan port had different speeds, and none of them had a descent upload speed wich you might expect from a professional modern workspace like WeWork.

Non-existent customer service and unhelpful receptionists. My card didn't work when I came back after lunch. They said I didn't have a booking and the building was full (when I was actually sitting upstairs for half a day and there were PLENTY of spaces available!) Never have I seen WeWork at full capacity. What happened to looking after your regular customers??? They could have be nice and helpful but instead chose to embarrass their REGULAR client as well as themselves to escort me to take my belongings. Bankruptcy explained - simple as that.

I have a membership. I booked a desk, and the site shows 'Successful'. When I tried to enter the building, I couldn't enter. The receptionist said to me that they couldn't see my registration and now I couldn't use since it's fully booked although I explained her that I came here to use just scanner not desk, and she just said No.I understand there is a rule but cannot be flexible since I have a membership (Actually, my company has a private office in London. So, it's not just a membership)Sorry to say but, no wonder they bankrupted in the US.

I did not enjoy my visit. It was unnecessarily difficult to enter the premises and to join a meeting. I'm not sure why I had to wait downstairs whilst they pulled someone out of the meeting to come and escort me up.

GoogleLovely co-working space. Clean and well stocked. Quiet and nice networking activities. I found the meeting rooms to be a bit of a squeeze if you have more than 6 people (which we did). Overall, it was a nice office space.

I used to really like WeWork and found some amazing things about it when I first tried it out here in Hamburg. The modern decor and good coffee created a nice environment for working. However, after using it for several months, I have become quite disappointed. While my employer paid 50 euros per visit for me to use it, which is fairly expensive, I ultimately found it was simply too noisy to concentrate properly.Even in the common areas, people were often loudly making phone calls despite there being designated phone booths. The ambient noise levels were akin to those in a busy library, which made focusing difficult. I prefer a quieter setting to do my best work.Of course, for those who don't mind background noise, the WeWork locations do provide some nice amenities. But for me personally, I get distracted very easily by noises around me. Given how much was paid for the space, I suppose I had higher expectations that it would be calmer. In the future, I would likely opt to work from a traditional library or more secluded café.

They more than doubled my membership from £180 to £400 a month. Their notices telling me about this went into my junk and they refused to refund me, saying that it’s my responsibility to receive e mails. Appalling behaviour. AVOID

Trustpilot£30 for 1 day with poor internet…
£30 for 1 day with poor internet connection, and loud place. At 4PM the WeWork 'entertainment team turned the music so loud that everyone who was here to work had to leave, and the team took the chairs left to play poker. Not the place to go to work, but the beer is also bad, so not either the place to party. Simply disappointed as I couldn't do the only thing they advertise, be quiet, and do some work with a good internet connection.
