TrustpilotTotal scam
Total scam. Customer Service is a joke. The system let me book by mistake a same-day slot at night 23.50 pm, then locked it under a 24-hour cancellation rule that was impossible to meet, and when the slot went unused, support flat-out refused to move it to the intended date. I lost a 50 euros over broken booking system . Avoid.

TrustpilotALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP -5*
We have been with WeWork as a business for a number of years - WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. All Access Membership is a lie, they do not value your custom nor do they care about your wellbeing. They are closing their 22 Long Acre location aka 'regularly review our real estate portfolio' and have given it's members 1 month to find a new location (since we're in contract we HAVE to stick with WeWork, very clever of them). Your options as an 'all access member' is a kitchen stool in the communal area. Avoid at all costs. There are so many better co-working spaces out there who actually appreciate the hybrid working model.

TrustpilotThis was a very expensive mistake
First time using a WeWork and it was an incredibly expensive mistake. We were away from our HQ and had a major pitch meeting scheduled, so booked a conference room for 3 hours at the Holborn site. It was approx. £500(!). We selected one with video conferencing and researched how this worked in advance on their website to make sure we had compatible equipment etc. and came 30 mins before our meeting start, fully prepared.
When we arrived at our room (sent up by ourselves, nobody showed us to it), there were no instructions available, so we had to look these up online and followed them to connect. The conference bar connected for sound only, the camera simply didn't work at all.
We called for someone to come and help us 20 mins before the meeting start. They didn't come until half an hour later, 10 mins into our meeting, by which point we had been forced to abandon the video conference and huddle around a laptop like absolute amateurs - we may as well have been in a starbucks. The microphone in the WeWork room also then failed, so in front of a panel of 7 client board members we had to mess about finding an alternative for audio, eventually having to use a combination of a mobile phone and a laptop. It was INCREDIBLY embarrassing and made us look completely unprofessional.
We raised the concern on our way out with someone called Sara - she didn't really seem to care and said her manager Max would contact us. They haven't.
This was a pitch for £6m of business and because we relied on WeWork we are genuinely terrified that we have fluffed it because of how awkward this was.
£500 for this level of service is absolutely insane. They should spend more money on hardware that actually works and people to properly set you up in a room instead of baristas and table tennis tables. A complete joke of a business, never again.

GoogleI like this building, despite all the negative reviews.
5th floor is mostly busy and it is best coworking floor.
There’s a nice view from 8th floor.
3rd Floor is also not bad
Free coffee, milk, and necessary kitchen essentials.
Staff is professional and they’re always working.
This building needs to arrange more events.

TrustpilotRenting a space at WeWork shouldn’t be…
Renting a space at WeWork shouldn’t be this difficult. As a company executive whose business has been a member for many years, it’s frustrating to have to go through the membership process all over again. I would have expected a much smoother and more streamlined experience for long-standing members.

The Sales Department was the most challenging I have ever encountered. I tried to obtain access and membership for approximately three weeks. I contacted them multiple times, but not receive any clear response. I was so motivated to start my new office there, but they were unable to send me the contract that I only needed to sign.

TrustpilotAvoid WeWork
My team and I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting an office space from WeWork in Spinningfields. To say that our time that it was dreadful would be an understatement. Allow me to share the numerous issues we encountered, which left us disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, the noise levels in the office were simply unbearable. The partition walls, made entirely of glass, provided zero soundproofing. As a result, we were constantly subjected to disruptive conversations, phone calls, and even arguments from neighboring offices. It felt like working in a fishbowl, with no privacy or tranquility whatsoever. And if that wasn't enough, the constant sound of heels clattering on the hardwood floor added to the cacophony, making it nearly impossible to concentrate on our work. Moreover, the internet service was nothing short of abysmal. We relied heavily on a stable and fast internet connection for our day-to-day operations and client meetings. However, the connection was plagued with inconsistency, and we were frequently kicked off during crucial video conferences, leading to embarrassing and unprofessional situations. It's unacceptable for a supposedly professional workspace provider like WeWork to offer such subpar internet connectivity. To make matters worse, the most distressing aspect of our experience at WeWork in Spinningfields was the alleged lack of security measures and the reported incidents of sexual harassment within the building. I cannot emphasize enough how disgusted and disturbed we were to hear about our staff members being subjected to such despicable behavior. This not only created a hostile work environment but also demonstrated a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of the tenants.Given the multitude of problems we encountered, I cannot recommend WeWork in Spinningfields to anyone seeking a productive and professional workspace. The noise levels, the unreliable internet, and the distressing incidents of sexual harassment created an environment that was not only unproductive but also harmful to our team's well-being. We expected better from a reputable company like WeWork, but unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standards we had hoped for.If you value peace and quiet, a stable internet connection and a safe working environment, I strongly advise you to consider alternative office space providers in the area. WeWork in Spinningfields is simply not worth the hassle, frustration, and potential risks it presents.Ironically still waiting for the retainer entering the 6th week since departing from contract...

TrustpilotMy experience at WeWork Spinningfields…
My experience at WeWork Spinningfields was highly disappointing. The glass walls between offices caused excessive noise, making concentration impossible. The internet service was unreliable and slow, hindering productivity. Additionally, the security staff in the Lobby exhibited unprofessional behaviour towards one of my female employees, creating an uncomfortable environment. Moreover, the management was unresponsive to concerns and failed to address the issues adequately.Overall, my time at WeWork Spinningfields was marred by noise issues, unreliable internet, and the distressing behaviour of the security staff. For those seeking a conducive and professional workspace, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. WeWork Spinningfields fell short of expectations in multiple aspects, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and regretful for choosing this location.

GoogleNice building, so-so facilities
Beautiful space and very large building. Sadly the internals were not what I’ve come to expect with the brand. I’ve frequently a few of the weworks in London and this feels more like an office at a dead-end bank than a vibrant co-working space.
Whilst I can’t comment on the dedicated areas, I can only review the on demand spaces. The fun communal areas are small and oversubscribed, the majority of capacity is overflow rooms which are little more than standard office room with dull and unimaginative beige surroundings. The kitchens are spartan and there’s no buzz or vibe to be found anywhere.
Best part about the venue is the location, which is opposite a brewdog.

TrustpilotWeWork is now WeScam
Most objectively the worst office spaces ever. Over the past 12 months, they shut down 2 of the 3 office spaces I had access to, then they closed one of the floors on the remaining one, and then they closed off half remaining floor. People are packed in phones booths and hallways. They increased membership fees without notice. Their offshore support team is currently ignoring all requests, and they are so understaffed that you find dirty mugs and glasses in the sink and bins full of trash when you come in the morning. On top of that, they removed every way to cancel memberships or remove payment methods from their website. Members who cancelled their memberships are still being charged and those who disputed the charges are being threatened with collections.

Always professional, polite, caring and friendly.
They keep on top of things, communications are always timely and efficent, they are super secure and professional with things like fire-drills and overall make it a joy to be at the CW branch of WeWork.

GoogleI visited this place several times.
If you have an office there you can enjoy many facilities like: tea, coffee, some snacks, relaxing sofas, table tennis, snooker and others.
As a working place you can use shared desks, book one for a longer time and book an office.
If you have a shared desk option it's cheaper and you can easily change your place.
If you have a dedicated desk, your desk will be free all the time for you.
You can also book a meeting rooms for groups works or presentations.
I like the atmosphere, security and the building facilities.
I recommend the place for freelancers and small companies.

8 Devonshire Square, is the perfect embodiment of a modern work space. It is not possible to enter the premise and not feel inspired to do your best work.
The staff are exemplary in their conduct, very kind and make you feel noticed amongst the hundreds of visitors they encounter daily.
Would thoroughly recommend for the staff service alone.

TrustpilotDirty Tricks to Cancel
I made a clear request to cancel in writing, and spoke to customer service about the same. They nevertheless kept billing me for three months because I missed a single email with their absurd "move out form" (it's a co-working space - nothing was ever "moved in"), which is just a survey as to how their miserable company did. Dirty tricks. They ripped me off for close to $800 before I was able to complete their ridiculous process.

I have been with Wework for over a year. Last month I received an email that my location will be closed the following month. To keep receiving rent money from me, Wework is forcing me to relocate to another building which I do not agree to and do not like. They claim they do not need my consent to do so. They will charge me rent until the end period of the lease despite the fact that they terminated it by unilaterally closing down the building. They keep my security deposit and they continue to charge rent. Basically sending me to a building they cannot rent out so they can make money. They do not care about you. And by the way they do business, it is possible that they will close down more locations.

Terrible customer service, the reps make you feel like you're tied into their contracts, some of the worst reps I have ever dealt with. The customer service is outright terrible. I think you sometimes forget whether Wework is meant for work or meant for socialising.Their concept is def not going to work (wedontwork), and obviously its a bit concerning that this many people are paying for a membership and not actually doing anything with it.

TrustpilotKeep the right people in the company!!!!!
The only thing that made WeWork stand out from any other regular office was the vibe and personality that the community team brought along with them, I have been in the 123 Buckingham Palace Road Wework for almost 2 years now and just found out recently that two of the best people that have ever worked in that building, Mileni and Rahel were made redundant.Whoever is responsible for this should really search the word "professional" in the dictionary as they do not seem to know the definition of that word, those two girls were the life of that building and to let them go on that basis is ridiculous in my opinion, on top of that WeWork is keeping people like Christine(american girl, don't know her last name, don't care) in the same building who has been rude to me and other members in the past.Very disappointed in you wework, doing things like this will make members not want to use your offices as like i said, letting go of people who were the life and soul of the business and keeping "yes men" in jobs is not the way to go forward, better off working from the coffee shop around the corner
