Absolutely fantastic experience with the Butler & Stag Bow team when we were selling our flat recently. They adapted quickly to post lockdown regulations and made us feel very comfortable during all visits and interactions. We had 8 viewings lined up for our first weekend post listing and got useful feedback and an offer! Despite there being a number of difficult circumstances during the sale, Aidan was amazing - as a liason between parties and moving things along, we couldn't have successfully closed the transaction without him. He mediated effectively, kept everyone in the loop and was all round a great person to deal with! I have appointed Butler & Stag for the sale of my property and I have to say this has been the best choice. After a number of setbacks from other agencies I searched online for the best reviews and this agency came out as highly recommended and this could not be more accurate. From the beginning my sale negotiator Rob Burgess has been an absolute diamond: calm, professional, patient, and with a wealth of knowledge of the market and the area which I believe is unsurpassed. Throughout the whole process he kept me up-to-date in a timely manner, I never had to chase him for a response and most of the time all questions and enquiries were dealt with before I could even ask them. Although there have been a few hurdles to overcome (nothing to do with the agency) he always kept a calm and professional attitude, he knew what to do and how to take things further. From the first week of the property on the market he organised a substantial number of viewings, feedback and updates were given promptly so I always knew where I was. His "can do" and "will do" attitude combined with a realistic and honest valuation of the property has lead to a successful transaction. During the last few weeks I also dealt with Amanda Schiavi, the Company Sales Progressor and again I was absolutely satisfied with the service and professionalism shown, she went out of her way to keep everything in order, and keep the momentum going. A+++ for communication, A+++ for professionalism. I could not have made a better choice. I highly recommend Butler & Stag if you ever want to sell your property. Butler and Stag are the best estate agents we've ever dealt with! We used them to sell our 2 bedroom flat in east London after having a really poor experience with another estate agent. Athos Kleanthous was our agent and we were really impressed at how knowledgeable, professional and accessible he was. Within only a few days of meeting him, our flat was listed and numerous viewings had been arranged and within the month we had accepted an offer. Amanda Schiavi then took over as our sales progressor and she was fantastic! It's been a frantically busy time for estate agents and conveyancers this year due to the stamp duty holiday but Amanda and Athos spent a huge amount of time chasing people and updating us throughout the process. We were buying another property and there were several hurdles along the way and the whole process would have been so much more stressful if we didn't have such a great team from Butler and Stag helping us navigate it all. We're geunuinely convinced that if we did not have Amanda and Athos helping progress things we would never have managed to exchange and complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday. We recently moved (bought and sold) with Butler and Stag. I have to say they were excellent through the whole process. BORN & LIVED MOST OF OUR LIVES IN CHINGFORD…

Having lived in Chingford (in the same house) for longer than we wish to mention and having brought our children up here, it was quite a wrench to remove ourselves from the house and also Chingford itself. Chingford is a great place to live - schools, forest, transport connections but.... age forced our decision to downsize. We were scared at the prospect of the whole moving process but we had no need to worry - Milo and Amanda virtually held our hands through the "trauma" smoothing our path and being there for us whenever we had the collywobbles! Bless you, Milo and Amanda, pleased to report that we are very happy with our "new" property - even though we miss Chingford just a little.

A huge thank you to Butler & Stag Shoreditch for completing the sale of my property. They were outstanding from start to finish as I was initially with another agent. Then we went with Butler & Stag who gave us great advice pre-sale and had our house on the market asap, with Sam, Nick both working together to find us a buyer. They had the house sold within the first two weeks they supported our sale and worked tremendously hard negotiating the sale and finally with the support of Michael they got us all the way through to completion. Which was rocky due to the current unprecedented times but it never seemed to stop these guys doing an amazing job and working so hard for us as a seller. Fantastically smooth process from start to finish - I viewed the property on Friday, and was so happy with the quality of apartment, location and the excellent price that I moved in the next Wednesday! Friendly, professional and helpful staff throughout the branch, but in particular Sam was key to helping me move in as quickly as possible. He was always very forthcoming with answering my questions, and suggesting that the landlord would be willing to make changes to the property as requested by me - as well as breaking his back on a practical level and working through his holiday to ensure that I move according to my time span!
