Estate agents don’t often get top reviews, it is so easy for things to go wrong, sometimes not even their fault. I sold a flat through them and I found all the staff I dealt with very attentive and able. Bradley was great from keeping me updated on viewings to staying behind the deal when it was made and pushing it through. He has very good back up and the process was easy despite the usual stresses of getting deals done. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had many years of worrying our flat would not sell due to having cladding however this was not a problem, as Bradley was really knowledgable on dealing with this and meant our buyer was put at ease. Being a first time (and overseas) landlord, it was paramount to find a reliable, knowledgable agent to rent our E2 flat through, formerly our family home. Paul Curtis was super helpful initially when I wanted to discuss possibilites, rates and logistics, he made plenty of time for me in person and on the phone and has vast local experience. Following on from the intial discussions, Simon Harrington was brilliant in guiding me through the viewings and listing and was invaluable on the day we had lots of viewings. His advice on which tenants to move forward with was spot on and he was very patient with my many questions from abroad! The moving in and management of the property in Lauren Turvey's hands has been similarly effective and timely. I could not recommend Butler and Stag Bow more. Lovely people and totally professional. 10/10, thanks guys!!!

Butler & Stag were fantastic throughout the letting of our flat. Paul Curtis was supportive and led us with great direction on what we needed to do. He and the team were great at arranging viewings with our previous tenant, always ensuring they were professional and friendly at all times. I have found them to be extremely professional, they have found good quality tenants quickly and they have helped deal with some contractual matters with ease. My flatmate and I immensely benefited from the assistance provided by Butler and Stag. As two expats navigating the housing situation in London it was quite daunting. Butler & Stag were the selling agents for my flat and were excellent throughout the marketing phase, keeping me updated of viewings and expertly negotiating offers. Once we had accepted an offer, Helga was instrumental in moving both the sale and purchase forward, through what was a very difficult transaction. It was all done with a positive attitude and Helga was always available in and out of office hours to provide updates and answer any and all queries. The Team at Butler & Stag are amazing .I would like to make a special mention for Simon Harrington who was excellent right from the start with the setting up of the letting for the new tenants and explaining all relevant details and has been very helpful when we had to move items out of the flat . I would also like to complement Lauren Turvey who has been very understanding and extremely helpful and kind in the way she responds and offers options for help with any tenant related matter or any repairs that need to be carried out . She goes the extra mile along with Simon to help with solutions as recently she arranged for some personal items to be collected from the flat and then Simon helped me with loading my car from the office . I would also like to thank Ms Rodrigues for coordinating the lettings process . I would also like to thank Mr Freddie Knight for helping with the flat inspection during the letting process .

I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency.
