A pleasure to deal with

The Butler and Stag team have been absolutely great from start to finish. From the moment we met them they were an absolute pleasure to deal with - nice, professional and found us a great tenant really quickly. They have been incredibly helpful, all over the detail and made us feel in really safe hands which was important as we're renting our house out for the first time - would recommend to anyone to work with them.

I was extremely impressed with their service

I was impressed with the service I received when buying a flat via Butler & Stag. Despite a long process due to delays with solicitors, Rob Burgees and Amanda Schiavi were extremely patient and helpful throughout. Their communication with myself, the seller and both solicitors was excellent which truly helped drive the sale through. I would highly recommend using Butler & Stag.

Our flat in Bow recently sold having been tenanted for the last 5 years, with Butler & Stag providing property management services. It has been a good relationship as far as we are concerned and a big thank you is due to all at B&S who have played a part. Without exception, the people we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent. In particular, Helga and Brad in Sales have been great to work with and both have helped enormously in getting our sale completed. When things got tortuous, I was glad to have them on our side! Lauren, Sophie and their Property Management colleagues deserve a big shout out. I have appreciated their unfailing good humour and their proactive approach when dealing with the various issues that have cropped up during the 5 years. They have been a pleasure to work with.

Exceptional service!

Butler & Stag were the selling agents for my flat and were excellent throughout the marketing phase, keeping my updated of viewings and expertly negotiating offers. Once we had accepted an offer, Helga was instrumental in moving both the sale and purchase forward, through what was a very difficult transaction. It was all done with a positive attitude and Helga was always available in and out of office hours to provide updates and answer any and all queries. Genuinely don’t think the whole process would have been a success without Helga’s tenacity. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We've just exchanged on a property bought through Butler & Stag - the service has been first-class. We mainly dealt with Charlie Parsons, whose knowledge of the area and the local property market is exceptional, and he couldn't have been more supportive or patient as we were viewing houses. Since we had an offer accepted, he's been the perfect middleman - everyone in the chain needed to get the move done pretty quickly, and he really drove it forward. He's an excellent communicator, always available to help out or answer questions, and it made a massive difference.We don't plan to move again, but if we do, we'll go to Butler & Stag.

Would definitely recommend Butler & Stagg

After an unsuccessful house hunt with another well known agent we registered with Butler & Stagg. Their enthusiastic approach made us feel that we could get our dream home after many months of fruitless searching. Athos was brilliant and his confidence that he would help us to achieve our move galvanised us. They dealt with both the sale of our old home and the purchase of of our new house. Although our sale wasn’t as straightforward as we would have hoped, he was there to reassure us that he would get the sale over the line and he was as good as his word. He was always a phone call away, at all hours, to deal with any issues or to offer advice. I must also mention Aiden who did our original viewing of our new home and Oliver who did many viewings for the sale of our house as they were always prompt and gave us continual feedback. Beth also was quick to respond to any queries. We finally received the keys to our new home last month and I’m not sure that it would have happened without the team at Butler & Stagg who made it all possible. We can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend.
