Butler and Stag will take your money from you to sell your property. For that they will be moderately incompetent, they will lie to you and they will bully you. If you are prepared to tolerate that, then give them your business.
Dear Ms Walton, Thank you for your review, although we are disappointed to read your comments and see we have achieved only 1 star. You achieved a higher-than-average sale price for your property from a chain free buyer, this was achieved quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately due to timings of their expiring tenancy, the buyers demanded a particular day for completion that you were not happy happy with. Having discussed this with you, we decided together that it was best to agree to this, as opposed to running the risk of the sale falling through. As agents and advisers, we acted diligently to ensure the smooth running of the sale and achieved an outcome that you were happy with at the time.Its seems odd to us, that now two months on you feel the need to leave such a negative review. GoogleSam Smith of Butler & Stag recently sold a property of mine. The process was made more difficult and time-consuming mainly because of the delay of 3rd parties in providing information. However Sam stuck to the task excellently following up with the parties and our solicitors and keeping us informed. We got there in the end. Well done Sam!

Estate agents can have a bad rep in this country but butler and stag completely tore apart that stereotype! Everyone I dealt with in the purchase of our new flat (Helga, Robert, Aiden) was professional, responsive, helpful and friendly. I felt they really went above and beyond to make the whole process run smoothly (and helped deal with some tricky solicitors.) I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, thank you!
