GoogleHaving failed with an online only agent recently I decided to go the traditional method of selling my home and opted for an independent high street agent. What a contrast in results! Before I even had the p/photographer round to shoot my lovely home I had five viewings lined up for the weekend and one of those prospective buyers decided to make an offer. From the initial visit Robert @ B&S who was super professional, new his stuff and most of all completely honest to how the housing market is performing. I’ve just exchanged contracts and cant believe how easy the process can be if you have the right people backing you. Special thank you to everyone at B&S for your amazing efforts in getting my place sold.

Excellent and a real pleasure to deal with. Organised, with great communication. Our property was not an easy sale and they managed to find the right buyer and kept me updated throughout the process.
