GoogleTrusting their professionalism I didn't double check the appointment which was agreed upon 2 days before. The estate agent didn't show up to the viewing and I ended up waiting on the streets for 20 minutes (luckily the sun was shining). No answers to my calls or email since.
Dear Alexandra, Sincere apologies to hear that you were left stranded outside a property. Our Sales and Lettings Consultants generally contact purchasers and tenants on the morning of the day that the viewing is due to take place, to confirm each person is still available to view. Much like a restaurant calls through their reservation list for the evening. You would be surprised by the amount of people that book viewings days in advance and don't show up for them. If we don't get a call or email back then its unlikely that we will attend. I have checked the database and we don't currently hold your details. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, Charlie at the Theydon branch was the ultimate middle man handling everything and constantly keeping me up to date. The solicitor they recommended was also great and combined they were the dream team to sell my property.I never felt in the lurch with these guys and would recommend massively. Very smooth process from day 1.
