I exchanged on my property purchased through Butler and Stag today. From offer to purchase has taken just 10 weeks which has meant both parties got the quick purchase we wanted. Neil Leahy has managed the process throughout and has been easy to get hold of, helpful and tenacious at getting every query resolved quickly and easily. I, like most people have always been a terrible cynic about estate agents but despite this I would happily recommend B&S and specifically Neil to any friend or family member. Assuming the final hurdle of the key hand-over goes well I would say all-round this is a 5 star service!

Genuinely lovely people!

Athos, Rob, Amanda - they were all consistently responsive, friendly and efficient. Not my experience at all with other estate agents! Butler & Stag provided a first-class service for us when we put our flat on the market earlier this year. Michael moved quickly to reprice our property when the market softened, and even after the sale fell through, he provided honest and unbiased advice on our options. We chose to let the flat, which they did very speedily, and we've been impressed throughout the process. In a crowed market with many less virtuous competitors, I can't recommend Butler & Stag highly enough.

Butler and Stag were the estate agents for the seller of the flat I purchased. They were excellent throughout: professional, fantastic communication and diligent. A particular mention goes to Amanda who was incredibly helpful when it came to sorting out issues that were holding things up due to the freeholder. She went the extra mile and is the reason the sale went through without too much delay.

As they had no other property for sale on the street at the time, I prefer to suspect them to be a bunch of unscrupulous gits.
