GoogleI was on a time crunch trying to find a flat, and Brooks Estate Agents delivered! Jade responded immediately and booked viewings quickly. Holly showed me around and was very knowledgeable about the flats and the area. I viewed many flats with different companies, but Brooks stood out with their helpful answers and fair rent prices. Highly recommend Brooks for their excellent service.

GoogleWe found a property we liked listed with Brooks and, on that basis put our property on the market with them. Great decision! Just moved into the place we liked, and it wouldn't have happened without the communication and persistence of Rob, James & Dannii. They balanced interests of all parties well and communicated to keep on track through the bumps in the road. Great local knowledge and personal touch of having the business owners personally engaged unlike some of the bigger players.

GoogleI went with Brooks to sell my flat on the strength of a couple of personal recommendations. They were great - very responsive, always available to chat, and helped me get my strategy right with a few tricky related issues. They even printed out documents for me. I’ve since been back in touch to ask for advice about a strategy for offering on another property in a completely different area and they’ve been glad to help. All in all, they’re in danger of giving estate agents a good name!

GoogleWe sold and bought with Brooks earlier this year, I can highly recommend them. They have managed to sell friends houses in weeks that didn't get sold by bigger estate agents in months before. Both James and Rob were always very friendly, non-pushy and efficient. Also got great commission deal!

GoogleWhen I approached Brooks for an issue with a landlady who lets a flat via them they were pretty cold harsh and unprofessional at first, until I mention I'm an owner and they changed their tune. I've seen tenants coming and going over the years trying to get things fixed that should be basic and guaranteed standards by the agency. Pretty tired to flinch every time my neighbour steps on her floor because the landlady doesn't want to do the basic carpeting and Brooks doesn't help, doesn't warn tenants of the situation, and still profits from this situation.

GoogleWe have recently purchased our first flat and Brooks were the selling agent. While the sale went on for much longer than we wanted and there were some stumbling blocks along the way, Dannii and the rest team at Brooks Estate Agents were great to deal with throughout the process. Even when things got tense at times, we were able to have a civil negotiation with Brooks which was fantastic! All the best to Dannii and the rest of the team going forward.

GoogleI have always found Natalie to be exemplary in her capacity as Property Manager for Brooks Estate Agents. She has always been very kind, considerate and efficient whatever the query or, on a rare occasion, any problem, I needed help with. Natalie also has a pleasing personality which is a big asset in her line of work!
