We recently purchased our new home from Brooks Estate agents. We had viewed lots of properties via other large chain Estate Agents and from our first initial contact for a viewing to finally exchanging, Shaz has been an amazing support throughout the process whilst also patient. Buying a house is one of the most stressful situations in life, but Shaz being at the end of a WhatsApp message and responsive throughout the process was definitely great at reducing our stress and is clearly skilled at chasing solicitor's!!. My wife and I, would like to say a massive thank you to Shaz and the team at Brooks.

I've had an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish renting my property with Brooks.. From patiently walking me through new regulations, to being extremely reasonable on pricing and generally highly proactive, I honestly can't remember working with a better estate agent, and I've worked with a few. Jade and Holly were fabulous!!! Holly was really helpful in the lead-up to deciding which service I go for. As a first time landlord, she was really patient with me and gave me advice that genuinely was in my best interest. Natalie Jacobs has been my property manager for almost 4 years and I can't express how attentive, kind and efficient she is at her job! I currently rent a flat with Brooks and I have found them to be the ideal letting agency. They have a small and friendly team who are always happy to help and take an interest in you. Aggie is my main point of contact and she has always been very quick to respond whenever an issue in the flat has needed to be addressed. She is very friendly and courteous as well. I have now just purchased a flat through Brooks and they made that process as stress-free as possible. Communication was quick and easy from viewing right up to exchange. Brooks Estate Agents have always been very responsive, professional and supportive. I find this odd to write as I have had terrible experiences with other agents. They have an online tool that helps with reporting issues and keeping it on track. The boiler went during the winter and though we had to use hot water basins to clean the kids for a day or so, they were on the case like you would hope for. Big shout out to Natalie for keeping calm when I wasn't. Thanks!
