My partner and I have been letting with Brooks for nearly two years, and our experience thus far has been fantastic. We’ve had numerous issues throughout our tenancy that have been resolved quickly and without fuss. The contractors they hire to arrange repairs are kind and courteous, and work is done to a high quality. It’s near impossible to find a nice flat in London at a reasonable price right now, but we really felt lucky when Brooks took us under their wing - and found us a great deal, bonus! Holly was particularly fantastic in helping us to find the right place. Highly recommend - they’ve really changed our view of letting agents (and no, we didn’t get paid to say that!)
