I bought my first home through Brooks a year ago with Emma as my agent in the Streatham outfit. It was a dream process for a first-time buyer and I can't thank Brooks enough for their fantastic service. Both me and my mum (who has bought numerous properties over the years) were really impressed with Emma's expertise - she really knows her properties and isn't prone to the sort of 'spin' that you find with a lot of estate agents. She was professional, personable and efficient without being pushy. I actually had an issue crop up with the seller about building charges after having made an offer and then dealt with Robert whilst Emma was on holiday. He smoothed everything over in the most professional way; he was always available and genuinely wanted to his best for both parties. Really, really couldn't recommend these guys enough. They really know what they're doing and are trustworthy - two rare qualities when it comes to estate agencies! Thanks so much Emma and Robert!

We recently bought a 3 bedroom flat using Brooks in Streatham. Emma was our main contact throughout the process. Emma was friendly and professional when we were searching and being shown around properties. Emma made sure to understand exactly what we were looking for and let us know when these kind of properties were available. Once we had an offer accepted Emma always responded to emails quickly and helped make sure the buying process kept ticking along. I would highly recommend Brooks and Emma and would definitely use them in the future.

I had a very good experience with Brooks Estate Agents, I found a very good property on Rightmove and arranged to view it. Due to work duties I could only make 7 p.m. but Alex was more than happy to show me the property at that time. After a few viewings I knew this was the right property. The thing I find refreshing about Brooks is they didn't do the hard sales pitch - 'this is a great property' unlike many agents I have dealt with in the past. We purchased the property within 6 weeks and the process was very quick and professional. We also had to rent out our flat and decided to use Brooks again, Jade totally exceeded our expectations and found a tenant within 1 day of marketing it. The tenant checks are very thorough and I trusted Brooks totally with the process. For me they are without doubt the best agent in Streatham for the following reasons, Viewings on time, late viewing available, fast process, professional, thorough checking process for tenants, good communication, no hard-sell tactics & reasonable rates.
