GoogleA Hidden Gem I’ve had dealings with Brooks Estate Agents since 2010. I decided that in 2017 I would place our Streatham Properties with them for Lettings and Management Services. I believe we have found a rare gem with Natalie Jacobs heading up the lettings management. Great service with excellent communication. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, has always exceeded my expectations and quite prepared to get the extra mile, a rare commodity in business these days.

GoogleCurrently renting a place with Brooks, and was looked after by Holly Naegeli who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. We love the place, and are very happy with how responsive the team are to any emails or queries we have had so far. Additionally we have been very impressed with Aggie and the property management team, who have also been very responsive. Our experience with Brooks has been nothing but positive!

No question was made to feel stupid, and she worked with us - not against us - to make the process as smooth as possible. We would recommend this team to anyone! And while we'd use them again we hope we don't need to as we love the flat we're in!

GoogleIn my experience, independent estate agents always offer the best service and attention. Brooks estate agents is a perfect example of this. All the staff are pleasant, caring and easy to talk to. Over the last few years I have mainly had help from their property managers Jade Casha, Natalie Jacobs and Aggie Squire who have all been fantastic !!! Such a pleasure dealing with Brooks, they are how all estate agents should be.

GoogleBest estate agents in Streatham hands down. I tried several other agents and Brooks were the best. Local estate agent that takes local approach. I would encourage owners in SW2 and SW16 to sell or rent to use Brooks. I was slightly disappointed with the price but this was not the fault of Brooks (and within the range they suggested).

GoogleHad an absolutely amazing experience with Brooks Estate Agents. I was lucky enough to work with Holly who was very informative of the flat I was viewing. Once I proceeded to go ahead with renting I was in touch with both Holly and Jade who were extremely helpful and fast tracked my paperwork to get me in before my old tenancy was up. Cannot recommend them enough!

Twice we were given an advance notice of a sale giving us he opportunity to view early. Highly recommend for anyone looking in the Streatham area.
