We had a really horrendous experience dealing with Brooks whilst selling our flat. They are quite arrogant didn't have any interest in addressing our issues following a failed sale. Beyond the agent leaving our flat unsecured during viewings TWICE, we felt there was a total lack of supportive and useful communication. Instead we received inconsistent and at times bullish communication from Brooks when the negotiations were at a critical point. They failed to identify the sticking point for the buyer early enough in the process and couldn't negotiate a reasonable solution. We did not feel looked after by them and we would never use them again.

Worked with Brooks for many years. Natalie in their property management department is excellent. It’s great having someone like that looking after your properties when we don’t work or live close to them. Lucky for us and lucky for the tenants we rent to. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I sold our house through Brooks and had a wonderful experience. We found Brooks to be incredibly professional in the right places but they also had a friendly and informal approach when the time was right too. I think that combination is so important as we felt listened to, valued and looked after right from the valuation to completion. We really enjoyed the process of selling the house, although stressful at times as selling a house is Brooks kept us informed on every detail so we never left alone wondering or worrying as you naturally do when selling your biggest asset. We thoroughly recommend Brooks for their knowledge of the Market, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and professionalism. The correspondence was timing and we felt very supported throughout the process. If you are looking to use an estate agency with deep knowledge and to get the best possible outcome for your future then Brooks is a very good place to start.

We have been using Brooks estate agents for a number of years to manage our property. They were the third agent we used and are by far the best. After tearing my hair out with the others I was pleasantly surprised that Brooks listened to my needs, were realistic with price and tenancy but always sought to find the best tenants, even if this meant extra work for them. They also manage the property well, with a personalised but professional service (beware the agencies who run management from a large central London office!). Highly recommended.

I cannot explain how grateful we have been to Polly and Emma from Brooks who supported us from beginning to end through a very difficult sales process with an incredibly long chain. From providing expert advice through to being the key point of contact on the day of exchange and filtering through as much information as possible so that we were informed on the developments all the way, put our mind at ease no end. The team at Brooks have been honest, upfront and helpful in every way possible and we couldn't ask for better customer service. With an independent estate agent you really do get that personal touch, the team cared, were proactive and provided an amazing wealth of knowledge, particularly through the tougher times of what is a very stressful process. If you're thinking of buying or selling a property, especially in a competitive London market, getting this level of service from an agency that really cares is by far the best option.

Jade and the rest of the team at Brooks have been a pleasure to deal with. As accidental landlords with a huge amount on our plate we didn't really know where to start with letting our home. The team have guided us through the process, prempted most questions and answered the rest. We chose the let and managed option and have had peace of mind as a result.
