GoogleI have been renting my Streatham property out with Brooks now for 2 years now and have found the whole team to be extremely professional and easy to deal with. They are thorough in their tenant checks and very quick to respond to any queries. Having been disappointed with Estate Agents previously, it is nice to use a professional outfit that ensure things run smoothly.

GoogleWe bought our first home via Brooks and then sold with them 5 years later. The experience both times was very smooth and professional - they kept us well updated throughout and were great people to deal with. Highly recommended, especially with the horror stories you hear about other estate agents!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBrooks helped us to sell our property in the Streatham area, and throughout the process we found everyone involved to be thoroughly professional, always friendly, and extremely helpful. Our agent often went beyond the call of duty to help move our sale and onward purchase along and it was never too much trouble to help when called upon. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

GoogleRecently sold my flat with Brooks. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from start to finish. They really promoted the flat and got a buyer at a great price despite covid lockdown. During the actual sale itself Brooks could not have been better at moving things along when solicitors were slow. Couldn't reccomend more!

GoogleHad a very pleasurable experience with our estate agent, Jake, and cemented even further by the fact we were using a number of different agencies who were not nearly as responsive as the Brooks team. I would highly recommend to any prospective buyers or renters - thanks again!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMany thanks to the Brooks team, right from the initial valuation from James Brooks, to Emma who kept me calm when things got a little hairy at the end and Polly who knew exactly what was going on and kept me informed all along the way. We couldn't have got through it without your advice and professionalism. Excellent job.

GoogleBrooks really understand the local market and are very amenable, staying in contact, answering questions and helping put doubts into perspective. I had put my property on with a bigger agent, but their unrealistic asking price put people off. Brooks were much more pragmatic and ended up with the right result. I really recommend them.
