Brinkley’s said that they had years of experience in selling our flat and this was clearly proven by finding the right buyer for us, in difficult and changing times. During the pre exchange process they offered advice to us, whilst always providing excellent communication. They showed all the potential buyers around our flat and followed the agreed script of key selling points, which is so important in challenging times of selling property. They helped us align our Zoopla advert, so it stood out from the other flats also being marketed by other estate agents. Would very much recommend them….

Dhruvika Patel is the property manager for my flat which is let through Brinkley’s, and the service and support she provides is nothing short of exceptional. Due to external factors, I have had a few problems with my flat lately. Dhruvika has been there to help every step of the way, always available and promptly responding to all my queries, providing suggestion and solutions when needed, and proactively taking things forward. Overall she had made my life easier and the problems less stressful to deal with. It is such a relief to have my flat managed by someone who I can trust even when things go wrong.

From the day I met this agent she has try to make sure I'm happy. All my concerns were addressed and she would follow up with answers for any questions she was not able to deal with at that appointed moment. When we were trying to find somewhere to live for our university year, it felt like we kept hitting dead ends. Brinkley’s helped us immensely in securing a good place and even when one property didn’t work out for us, one of the agents Suzy Browne in particular went above and beyond in helping us resolve it and find somewhere new straight away. She worked immensely hard to help us and it was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

I was with Brinkley's for approximately 16 years. In the earlier years, the service was generally acceptable, though not outstanding. However, in more recent years, the quality of service declined significantly, which ultimately led to my decision to leave.

My boyfriend and I were searching for a 2 bed apartment in London. Suzy was very helpful in answering our questions and organising a viewing. When it was confirmed that we would be receiving the property, Suzy organised a second viewing so we could take pictures of the property as we forgot on the first viewing. Easily contacted and offered support while completing all the necessary documentation for then rental.

Wimbledon Hill branch:- Initially thought they were very responsive, despite the overly familiar tone and lack of contact details on the email (no phone number to call), to follow up.- I realised that they were pandering to the current tenant who was moving out than the potential tenant (me), or the landlord/their client.- They wouldn’t reply to my emails or questions about their processes.- They made it seem like I was the problem stopping the rental from moving forward, when I provided everything they asked for within hours and was being flexible on move in dates. - When I took my passport into the office to do a right to rent check, the staff were unprofessional seemed unhappy to be there.Overall, I wouldn’t choose to deal with them again.

We have just purchased a house via Harry of the Wimbledon Park office. Throughout the entire purchase process Harry has been efficient, professional and pro-active with obtaining answers & info back from the sellers in regard to our various questions. Apart from not being able to accommodate a couple of additional viewings that we requested the whole process has been smooth & very positive and as such we would certainly recommend Harry / Brinkleys.

GoogleNot only was I impressed by the excellent service I received from Kariba properties, but so was my solicitor, who commented on what a joy it was to deal with an estate agent who knows his business! I received nothing but personal service and excellent communication all the way through the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble. Furthermore, Marco's diplomatic intervention helped move the sale along. I shall certainly be using Kariba's services again in the future.

GoogleI had one of the worst experiences with this property agency since moving to London. The viewing was completely disorganized, primarily due to Suzi, who mixed up the arrangements. As a result, I was left waiting outside in freezing weather for 30, 40 minutes. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. However, I want to acknowledge JP, who stepped in and handled the situation well. He rearranged the viewing for me at 5:30 PM and ensured everything went smoothly the second time around. While JP’s efforts were appreciated, the overall experience was disappointing. I hope the agency improves its communication and organization to avoid such inconveniences for others in the future.

GoogleWorst experience ever! I put a holding deposit as requested by the agent to book the flat. When I went to see they haven't done any ammendments they promised, even though everything was written down. They didn't want to refund the deposit even though they breached the contract. The manager Robert Brinkley managed to put in his pocket the money as 'company expenses'!! Beware!!

Great service from Graeme and James of Brinkleys in Putney with selling my flat. In a very short space of time there were a number of viewings all from people whose needs matched the flat and the area it was located in. Excellent communication after viewings, during the negotiation period and really helped in getting a fair completion date agreed. As someone who was very keen to sell Brinkleys had a proactive approach that I very much appreciated and were responsive when I did reach out. Their low fee is another win!
