GoogleBrik sold our house quickly and efficiently. James was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. I then bought a flat and Brik (Nick) found an excellent tenant in two weeks, Like James, Nick was also extremely helpful and efficient, making the whole process easy and trouble free.

GoogleIn common with other reviewers, I like the Brik way of doing business. We recently purchased in Fulham and dealt with Alex, James and Georgina, all of whom were efficient and professional. However, this is not an agency full of sharp suits and equally sharp chat, just down to earth people who do a great job.

GoogleTerrible experience, arranged for a viewing.. was told it’ll be at 10am, ended up waiting outside the property till 1pm.. missed a whole days work and all they could do was blame each other, not even a apology. Don’t recommend

Unfortunately we have had a number complaints recently, in relation to another company, set up in another area of the U.K, with a similar name to ours. We have no association with this company ‘Brik Management Ltd' or 'Brik Management and Lettings’. We are currently seeking legal advice on this matter to protect our copyright. I'm sorry your have experienced this regardless even if it has nothing to do with us. Would you kindly remove this review as i doesn't apply to our company and clearly affects our ratings.

GoogleBRIK handled the sale of my house in Fulham in exemplary fashion. Their initial enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I had approached. I would particularly like to commend Mat Goss for his professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. He neatly orchestrated the viewings and, once the buyer had been found, he not only stayed on top of the process all the way through but also kept me very well informed every step of the way. The buyer's side required some chivvying along, which Mat attended to in his polite and personable, but firm, manner, shepherding the procedure along to the best of his ability and ultimately to a successful conclusion. GoogleWe had the best experience working with Mat and Chris from Brik in Fulham. They have been around Fulham for a long time and their experience makes them much more knowledgeable about the market and valuations than others. It is a stressful process so we wanted to work with the best people to maximise our gain and minimise our stress. They did exactly that: they explained the drivers of this volatile market, set up a strategy for the process, managed our expectations as well as our time so none was wasted, and more importantly, they worked for US, the client, not just chasing a fee as others often do. I could not recommend the team more: they worked hard to make our dream of a new family home come true and took a lot of the heavy lifting away from us. They were always available, dedicated, focused, professional and a friendly face when stress levels were going up.
