GoogleJames was very helpful and realistic from the outset. Didn't over-value nor overly cautious. There was a long time between valuation and going on the market and the office kept in touch without being pushy. Viewings were organised in blocks to minimise disruption and the negotiation phase handled calmy and professionally. James and his team were always on top of the inevitable issues that came between sale agreed and completion so I never had any doubt about a successful conclusion. Highly recommended.

GoogleI cannot recommend Brik too highly. I bought my house through them with the help of James Sims back in 2013 and have just concluded the sale with the help of Chris Holliss. It is refreshing to know one is in 'safe hands'. This pro-active, patient and positive team are completely up to speed on every angle of the Fulham market. There is always someone to answer a query or give advice and I found the rental team equally informative. The 'can-do' atmosphere is evident in their office and their calm persistence and professionalism paid off in the end! Thank you Brik!

GoogleI live in Leeds but part owned a property in Parsons Green, over the 15 years I have had owned this I have always kept in touch with James at Brik whose advice has been first class. We decided to sell the property December 2022 an even though there was some difficulties' with the tenant James and Chris secured a sale and we completed March 2023. I would highly recommend Brik to sell or rent, thoroughly professional and great knowledge.

GoogleExtremely Happy with our experience with Brik. From the very start everything was fantastic. James and Alex worked unbelievably hard and I truly felt they were working on my behalf to obtain the best price rather than try and make me take any offer, which most other agents do. James and the team are a cut above the rest in Fulham and know the market inside out which shows when you deal with them. They are definitely not the pushy stereotypical agent and are also very nice guys. Wether the house sold or not I would still be writing the same review. Thanks to everyone at Brik. GoogleWe recently agreed the lease on a property through Jack Gardner at Brik, throughout our search for a property in London we found brik to the most professional, from the booking of the appointment, viewing, referencing and final contract etc. We are re locating from Liverpool so was a bit tricky with getting references for our new employers etc but Jack was great and guided us through the whole process with ease and ultimate professionalism.

She is excellent, friendly, patient and very thorough in her responses. No job is too much hassle and she has recently coordinated a huge change in furniture for us, as well as a long list of works that we require. GoogleExcellent. First class. Alex and James made the whole process of selling my flat very enjoyable. Within a few days of the initial valuation meeting, the Brik team produced a very high quality marketing brochure of my property and had already arranged multiple viewings with serious potential buyers. I was receiving strong offers almost immediately and Alex managed the whole selling process for me without any stress. If I need to sell again, the first point of call would be Brik, they are in a different class to other estate agents.

GoogleWe are very, very happy we walked into Brik's offices in mid-December. Moving from abroad, we only had 3 days to find the perfect flat for us to rent. And with Ben's help, we succeeded. Despite the approaching Christmas break threatening to slow our endeavor down, Brik's work was efficient and they guided us throughout the process. We realize they absolutely went the extra mile and helped make our short-notice move run smoothly. Naturally, we are recommending Brik and particularly Ben to all of our friends and friends' friends.
