Mat Goss and the team fully appreciate and understand what I require as a professional property owner. BRIK have sold multiple properties for us over the past 6 years. Mat is always available to discuss requirements. I don't get assigned to another department or person during the process. BRIK are large enough to have reach in the market coupled with experience but small enough to care. That's why they've been around for 18 years in SW6.

I’ve been with Brik for 3-4 months now as a tenant and can honestly say I’ve never had such a consistently positive experience with a lettings agent. The staff at Brik have been so friendly and helpful from the very beginning - the support they gave us on our property hunt was really personable and proactive, the onboarding process was clear and smooth, and our property manager Rudi is super attentive, friendly and quick to reply to any of our questions/tickets raised. Would recommend Brik to any prospective tenants.

Let my flat out with these guys having dealt with them before and been very happy. Have read below reviews and seen Alex and Georgina (who has now left) being praised and I would totally agree with that - both very efficient and helpful. Alex was the one who actually found my tenants this time around. Ryan on the other hand is useless, there aren't enough characters in this text box to list all his deficiencies but to name a few: 1. Deposit not collected before keys were handed over and tenants moved in. 2. Numerous errors in the tenancy agreement including putting Brik's bank details for rent payment instead of mine when I had clearly instructed them to do the former. 3. Gas certificate and check in report took over a month to be sent despite numerous chasers. 4. Completed references were submitted to Brik who sat on them for a further 2 weeks which delayed the start of the tenancy. My sentiments were echoed by the tenants who were also left frustrated by the slow response times, phone calls going unanswered etc. When I complained I was met with false promises of call backs from one of the founding partners, Chris Littewood. I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but the lack of a response to a complaint and a broken promise was disgraceful in my book. Avoid at all costs...

Dear Rohan, Thanks for posting your review. We take your comments seriously and of course are very disappointed that you are not satisfied with our service this time around. We have already thoroughly investigated the causes for the difficulties you (and we) experienced establishing this tenancy, and have used our findings to improve our process for tenancies being agreed over the Xmas & New Year period. Ultimately, the fact that the finalisation of this tenancy was pushed into the holiday period (when we are closed) because the tenant's referees failed to respond promptly - despite being chased by our referencing company - and the discovery of a damp problem at the property on Xmas eve, were both highly unfortunate and significantly contributed to the problems experienced. In regards to the lack of a response to your complaint, we discussed the problems you experienced over numerous telephone calls and following the last call it was not clear to me that a further response was promised or necessary. In retrospect I should have called again anyway, and for failing to do so I apologise. Now that your tenants are in place I sincerely hope that everything runs smoothly from here on in. Chris is a fantastic agent helped along by the amazing team at Brik beating out their Joint-Sole agents who out number them by 3 offices in Fulham alone. Couldn't recommend Brik more for their professionalism and kindness during our sale! We'll definitely be using Brik again.

So happy to find Brik! After much debating we decided to use Brik as it felt like they had a wide knowledge of the area and had a lot of experience dealing within it. These thoughts were compounded once we started the search. We Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more professional service from the whole team. No matter who picked up the phone in the office they were all up to date with where we were in the search, buying and completing process. It all seemed too easy! I've been using Brik's rental services for over a year now, and i've found Nick and his team to be professional, highly efficient, and pro-active.
