GoogleI'd been looking around at a lot of flats and using almost every single real estate agency in London. I'm English but just moved back to the UK from NYC. I must say that I saw the property first on 'RightMove'. I phoned Brik immediately and they arranged a viewing for me the following morning. The flat is brilliant - bright, spacious, immaculate - recently refurbished, and I'm the first tenant. I walked in and made on offer within less than a minute. Compared to the other twenty or so flats I'd viewed this was head and shoulders above the rest. I worked with a very easy going agent (don't think you're supposed to name people on these reviews), who was very professional, extremely nice, and enormously helpful. The whole process was remarkably quick, simple, and straightforward. I highly recommend renting through this agency.

About a year ago I decided to appoint them as full managers of both my rental properties. Hollie Taffurelli runs the property management for Brik and she has been efficient and helpful throughout. Their new accounting program reports are clear and easy to understand and I feel securely confident with Hollie looking after my properties. Her cheerful expertise is much appreciated.

GoogleThe help I received from Brik has been extremely helpful from the beginning to end process of moving to my new flat. They were always available and really efficient to answer any query. They were also extremely quick in answering phone calls. Brik (specially Nick) also provided an excellent advice on legal terms around the tenancy agreement that was invaluable to understand what I was signing and avoid having any doubt about specific clauses. I would totally recommend their service.
