GoogleBrik was a great choice for my recent property purchase. Alex in particular was really helpful and informative. He was also the voice of reason when it looked like there might be a glitch in the process and did a fantastic job of moving things along and getting agreement from all parties. Couldn't recommend their service enough and the bottle of bubbly on completion was just another nice touch! Thanks so much for making a stressful undertaking as painless as possible.

Having used Brik for the sale of our house some 5 years ago (at a price over asking), there was no doubt in our minds that we would use Brik again for the sale of our new house. They provided a sensible valuation, produced an excellent brochure, description and photos and succeeded in getting numerous offers for our house within 10 days of the house going to market (at a record price per sq ft for the area). Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sensible advice from James on valuation but open to us putting on the market at higher price. Brik stuck to their word: having agreed their agent fee earlier in the year they did not try to renegotiate it later when others may have. Very efficient at arranging viewings, and telling us about them before and afterwards. After price was agreed James persevered through legal delays and brokered various issues that ensured the sale safely continued to exchange and completion. It felt like a local personal service. Thank you very much. Happy customer.

GoogleThose of us who have lived in Fulham for many years deplore the manner in which BRIK has flouted the planning laws relating to Conservation Areas to advertise school fairs etc. Please learn to respect this part of London as other agents do.

Hi Sibylla. We're sad to hear that you're not happy with the event boards Brik are currently sponsoring in Fulham. We are, of course, fully aware of the conservation areas within SW6 and W14 and never erect boards for the property we regularly sell and let in these areas. We often help local schools and charitable foundations run events in the area by sponsoring boards advertising their event locally, which wouldn't be possible without the kind support of local Fulham residents. This allows us to donate money to these charitable foundations and schools, which as you might guess, they are much in need of. Over the past decade we have donated tens of thousands of pounds to these good causes, and continue to do so. We erect these sponsored boards in good faith on behalf of the event organisers who supply us with the address lists. Please let us know the address(es) of any board(s) you believe are contravening the planning laws and we will look into this and remove them if this is the case. Regards, Brik

They truly go above and beyond - early pre-school viewings, late calls, juggling international travel schedules between both the landlords and ourselves as tenants, and successfully finding the perfect family home for us. Very pleased with our first experience and deeply grateful to them both. Ultimately this business is about people - and I would highly recommend both Georgina and Ryan without reservation! Thanks so much guys.
