Although I decided to put the sale of my house on hold for the time being I think Nested offers a great option to home owners who wish/need a quick sale of their property and move somewhere else. The model is something new, the commission is high but still a lot more viable then selling to cash buyers companies. Ed Plumb from Nested was a great pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We have just bought a property that Nested we’re managing the sale of. Having had a disastrous process which ended up having to pull out of Nested were a dream to deal with. Very transparent and fair. They are tough negotiators so sellers should be confident in them getting you the best price. The company was created to quicken a laborious process and they certainly achieved this in our purchase.

We had an offer accepted on a Nested property, and spent a significant sum of money having a survey and instructing lawyers. We later found that nested had known about the flat failing a fire safety report and was essentially worthless without a valid EWS1 form. They had been hoping our mortgage would scrape through regardless but luckily it was rejected, we really dodged a bullet.This was a complete abuse of trust - and we found out due to an accident cc on an email chain. Wasted nearly £1000 because they were not transparent.

As soon as the requirement for an EWS1 form became apparent during your sale, the homeowner's enquiries with the Managing Agent highlighted the remedial work required. Having not known about this beforehand, we passed this information on and were completely transparent throughout the sale.We’re sorry for the time and money it cost you. As first time buyers we were new to all the procedures and processes involved however we purchased our home through nested and they guided us every step of the way. Our nested agents Nicole and Joshua were on hand throughout the whole processes ensuring all our questions were answered and that everything was moving along at a quick pace. I highly recommend nested and would definitely use their services again.

Hard to put into words our appreciation for all their hard work. Ours was not an easy sale, due to buyer demands and the lockdown, but Nested showed the kind of dedication that made it feel like ours was the only home they were selling. Rhys Jordan helped me sell a late aunt's property in Tenby, Pembrokeshire.It is a difficult market due to recent council tax changes introduced by Tenby Council.Rhys gave an honest assessment of the property value rather than an unrealistic one to win the business. Having found a buyer he did everything to make sure that the transaction was agreed at a fair value and monitored the deal through to completion.Also very helpful in dealing with local practical items which was difficult for me as I live over 200 miles away

I was looking for a property to buy on Rightmove and found one I liked with estate agent Nested. I emailed Nested requesting more information about this property and got an automated reply. Someone would be contacting me shortly. As it was early evening I did not expect a quick response. The next day I still had not heard so I replied through the automated email repeating my request...Nothing!The following day I rang Nested and spoke to a lady who told me that the person dealing with this property was out but would be back soon. This person was going to give me a call that very same morning. The lady also asked for my email so she could email me the details I requested. Nothing has happened since, no call no email. This was over a week ago, I guess some estate agents are not keen to sell, I thought.BUT then Nested did get in touch and loads of apologies followed. Sometimes certain things happen for a reason. I did not realise Nested also has agents who can offer help with buying your next property! I have now been offered this service as a goodwill gesture. All I need to do now is find a property I like and this agent will look into it for me. He can offer advise on status, value etc. Also negotiate with sellers agent. To be continued....

Nested's buying agent service was invaluable to us. They provided really comprehensive data that showed us how much similar surrounding properties had sold for; they came up with a strategy for negotiating a price; and they liaised with the estate agent for us. By personally negotiating for us, it took the emotion out of the bidding. They were able to hold their nerve and the rationale was based on documented sales history. They saved us 6% of the asking price which was a lot of money to us. A fantastic service which took the worry out of negotiating the price of our new home and help us achieve the right price.

Reiss Braniff, our relationship manager, has been faultless in terms of timely communication and sound advice and has ensured customer satisfaction at every juncture. In addition the user portal is very helpful and updated in a timely manner. It really helps customers to feel in control of the sales process. All other Nested staff we have interacted with have similarly been very professional in approach and efficient in execution of tasks. Very highly recommend.
