Highly recommend

We were with another agent and relisted with Nested after two unsuccessful buyers. It reinvigorated our sale. Reiss and the team have been proactive and secured us a sale within two weeks. They really vetted the potential offers so we weren’t misled. They’re professional photos and general business model sets them above most high st agents, of which we’ve had a lot of experience with. Couldn’t recommend more. Competitive agent fees too.

A modern approach to Estate Agency

Selling through Nested was a refreshing experience. I think the main difference was the constant level of communication either through the app or by phone. Alan Shields what a man,what a legend. After a disastrous dealing with slater hogg we got Alan onboard. What a difference from the start. Brilliant company to work with

Brilliant company to work with. Valuation based on solid data, so you can see how it was produced. Great app giving instant feedback on viewings and updates on progress/offers etc. Valuation got viewings in line with what Nested promised, and we received offers within the timescales they predicted. Nothing too much trouble - ours was a complicated sale and they helped us throughout, both re-marketing the property and then progressing the sale. Purchase report service is brilliant and really sets them apart from other agents - although our circumstances meant we didn’t use in the end, this is a huge asset.

Top communication

The team (Emily and Leah) handling my sale once the offer was made were incredible. Communication is so important and both of them handled that incredibly well. If it had been a week or two of no news; they would email to let me know what chasing they had been doing and what the status was and they were able to chivvy along all the various parties to get the process moving.Where conveyancing solicitors or housing associations were involved, they were the epitome of frustration and unresponsiveness whereas the Nested team couldn't have been more opposite and highlighted all the best examples of how to handle clients and difficult third parties. I will certainly use them again and couldn't recommend them more highly

My first estate agent for this sale changed ownership as I registered and appeared disorganised so I swapped. The second put a lot of people through in 1 day and then, when no offers came, seemed to sit back and just left it on Righmove with bad pictures. I swapped again to Nested, a friend's recommendation.They appeared enthusiastic and worked hard to find the right buyer for the house and then nursed it through them losing their buyer to achieve what I think was a fair price. Fantastic service from a great team at Nested

Brilliant when selling our Walthamstow flat

Nested have been absolutely fantastic. They totally delivered and we wouldn’t have been able to buy our dream house without them.
