GoogleIt's been really great dealing with Black Katz, from finding a lovely place to live, to getting a better deal than advertised, and then throughout out 2 year tenancy. They were always very helpful and easy to get in touch with, and really did their best to solve any and all problems we had with the property (of which there were really very few!). Highly recommended!

GoogleClassic pushy estate agents who don't keep their word. Only dealt with them in the beginning stages when they have shown me around properties, but they are ridiculously pushy, they rarely have pictures of the property they are renting out, and their properties are often on for higher than the market rate. They prey on students. There are far better agents out there.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Charlie, who drove me around, showed me numerous flats, and made the whole experience feel painless and actually quite fun! Even if at the end I ended up renting a flat from a different agency as that suited me better, I have only words of praise for this agency as they were curteous, efficient and transparent.

GoogleInefficient administration, requiring repeated chases to merely do their job; tendency for providing conflicting and inconsistent information when you require servicing of your rental flat, including outsourcing to dodgy contractors who can only remedy your issue(s) during the working day; and an intolerably poor grasp of the English language, resulting in incoherent (not to mention unreasonable) contractual terms. Poor, to say the least.

GoogleOur experience with Black Katz has been great , particularly due to Dara Madden who managed an maintained out property. When we first saw the house it was a little run down but Dara sorted everthinf out and they are totally refitting the house now as well ! . Thank you for all your help Dara !!!

GoogleEveryone that we dealt with at Black Katz was straightforward and we have come out with an ideal result. They have a very good selection of properties in south east London that were ideal for myself and my two friends, as we are all students in central London. I would thoroughly recommend Black Katz to any students.

FacebookSofia from the Candem office did an awful job managing an issue with bedbugs infestation we had at one of Black katz properties. We lived a nightmare and we were left alone facing the infestation. Think twice before you choose Black Katz. They don't care about their tenants - it's all about money.

GoogleI'm the landlady and I've worked with them for many years. Zia knows the market very well. He gives almost personalised service. He selects the right tenant who would be happy in my flat. He answers immediately when I have a question. His coworkers are also very professional and kind. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI've rent a flat that had a few issues which they should have checked and fixed before I move in, as the flat was already empty. Sometimes when you need to contact them about something you have to wait about a week just to get a reply.

GoogleI have used Black -Katz since 2005 with a number of properties. I think they get the right balance in both managing their Landlords and their Tenants. Pragmatic, efficient and professional in a market where there are a lot of operations that can let matters slip. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleGreat service and very professional! They told us everything we needed to know about the places they showed, and about the renting process. We've been living for about 6 months in that place and the landlord is always helpful with any doubt or issue we have.

GoogleWhat a bunch of INCOMPETENT buffoons. Seriously, use Black Cant's only if you want to be ripped-off, ignored and treated unprofessionally. They really don't care about you, and take your money without any consideration. They probably should be selling ice cream rather than real estate.

GoogleThe worst agency i’ve ever dealt with, specially avoid Rosie. They did not arrange to pay back my deposit within 14 days after tenancy termination which even raised the landlord’s anger.
