GoogleI have dealt with probably over 30 agents since moving to London and it's no exaggeration to say that Malcolm is the best of the lot. He's just genuinely looking to find you a perfect place. He doesn't push you into anything like so many agents, and it's obvious he actually cares about you're looking for. I wish there were more like him.

GoogleTruly awful. They will do nothing for you as a tenant whatsoever. They will give you a rotten, mice infested property (big time infested:), with a DEBT on electricity key meter, but pretend like they knew nothing about it. You’ve been warned…. I recommend paying a bit more for a nice property with a more professional and respected agency. But if you enjoy drama, cheapskate landlords, problems need fixing for months on end, leaks unresolved for 4-5 months on end, and non existent customer service, please do go for Black Katz, you'll love them then!

GoogleWe have been left with no hot water for a while now. Our boiler was flagged at the start of our tenancy as being old. After continuous reminders and emails and calls we still haven't been provided with a new boiler, and are still left to shower in cold water. Their excuse was that its been hectic. Hot water is a right and the Tenant agreement states that no hot water should be treated as an emergency. We are beyond engraged with the service provided by black katz. Do not use this agency.

GoogleDara has been the property manager for our rental and she's been amazing- really friendly and quick to get back to us and sort out any problems! We need to move, but her being so friendly and efficient would have made us want to stay with black katz if we didn't.

GoogleLike many people have said, terrible agency. Every problem we have takes ages to get sorted and it's insanely frustrating. Been now 4 days with a broken boiler, no heating and no hot water for 4 days, it's -5 degrees outside. I have to chase for an update and all I get is "I'm working on it". They do not comply with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 which states that a broken boiler is an emergency and it has to be fixed within 24 hours. Going to get professional advice now and see what happens. Ridiculous.

GoogleIncredibly average service, reluctance to help with maintenance issues after reporting having issues using their system. Renewal agent refused to take calls and made an error in our contract after having written agreement which resulted in us being forced out early, no explanation or apology, just avoidance of talking about the issue from their side. Also, a very high charge in regards to cleaning when moving out compared to other estate agents I have used previously. Would not recommend to others.

GooglePathetic agency, refuses to even follow tenant legal protections - such as paying your deposit or giving 24 hours notice before wanting to enter the flat. One agent from here just barged in unnannounced like a burglar. AVOID them all, especially Rosie.

GoogleHad an awesome experience dealing with these guys, Caley was an absolute legend in helping me to find the right flat. Even though I ended up renting an apartment via another agency, I'd definitely recommend Black Katz and would go back to them again (hopefully not too soon!).

GoogleThe worst agency that I have had so far in London, during the time that I have been in rent with them they have not bothered anything about the problems that I sent them that I had with the house, once the contract was finished, they have taken 3 months to give me the deposit, in which they have removed bugs from the house which I had informed them while I was in the house and they did not fix themNegativeProfessionalism

GooglePosting on behalf of my Friend, who rented through Black Katz. Terrible experience from start to finish, with numerous issues being left by Rosie, such as a hole in a ceiling, a living room door being left on its hinges and a kitchen light that trips whenever its turned on. Rosie also did not issues the relevant documents to my friend before the start of the tenancy and then claimed Rosie would never answer emails/phone calls and it took myself speaking to Cal and Dara, department head and finance manager, to get an answer back from Rosie on my friends deposit.
