GoogleBad agency. Stay away from them!! They'll rip you off on checkout as they work with an old employee to run their scam

GoogleLots of help and managed to get us the perfect place in budget even with the really busy market in London.

GoogleOne of the worst agencies I have every dealt with. Rude staff and dealing with landlords that do not keep their contract promises. Once the contract is signed they just leave you alone with the problems! I do not recommend renting from them...

GoogleAlways get a great service with Black Katz, from the viewings with Kaley to the ongoing support from Dara we can't fault it at all. Couldn't be happier with our flat and how any issues (if we even have them) are handled. Jen & Jen

GoogleQuick to respond, found us our apartment in a very competitive rental market. Dani, Lauren, and Zia helped us along the way. Would recommend!

GoogleAcceptable flat offerings, but pressured us to move in a month early - fine - but then the flat wasnt ready for human habitation. Terrible response times and no real supportNegativeQuality

GoogleDodgy listings, which are mysteriously taken when you call within 24hrs of the listing being put up.

GoogleCouldn't be a worse business if they tried. All paperwork delayed (despite ridiculous admin fees) and did not bother fixing any issues in the flat. Landlords equally bad. Please avoid.

GoogleGary and Charlie are SUPER AMAZING and helpful. They seem to really care and enjoy their work, unlike most agencies! I'll certainly look for their advise when/if buying a house.

GoogleGreat experience with Amy. The flat we were originally looking at was let but she sent us an alternative very quickly and was flexible and helpful with viewing times.

GoogleFound a place to live no problem with these guys, maybe a little pricey but we didn't have that much time to shop around all the options offered.
