BizSpace at Egham is the most well maintained building I have ever worked in. The building itself is always clean and with Maya in the reception, there is always a happy smiley face to greet you.I've been here 3 years now and it's like a second home. Any issues are sorted out efficiently and quickly. i would recommend having an office here to anyone.

We have been in the Leeds Bizspace for a few years now and have moved into different offices over that period. We would recommend Bizspace we have a lovely open office space, plenty of parking, facilities on site are well kept by Gill Our manager Karl has been great looking after us! We enjoy the office competitions too so keep them coming! :)

Bizspace in Theale is very conveniently located, with Theale train station directly opposite the building and Junction 12 of the M4 a 2-3 minute drive away.The building is modern and clean, with ample parking - and the team here managing the site are friendly and accommodating. Ruth is always at the front of house and available to sort out any issues I may have.

Moving to Biz Space in Belvedere House is one of the best decisions I've made for my business. Andrew and his team have been highly responsive and I'd be lost without everyone on reception, who go above and beyond to assist in the daily smooth functioning of Target Therapies.The cafe upstairs is of course a perk and a great way to easily meet others in the building.

The offices were a great step up from our previous workspace & the facilities are of a good standard. The 5 star review is mainly going to Heidi who has been an absolute star from the start. She's always on hand if anything needs to be done & always ready to help. She really does make the building tick & a great welcome when we come into work each morning!

This relates to Bizspace Poole, Dorset.We have used various serviced offices in our time but this is by far the worst.While we were there, the management were rude and unhelpful, leading to us leaving after less than a year. And to no surprise of mine we are chasing the late return of our deposit 1 month after it should have been returned. No answer to emails and now just called to be told it will be sorted - we will see. Either way, it really was such an unpleasant experience for the whole team.

Merlin House, Theale is a great office location, close to the M4 and direct train links to Reading and London. The offices and public areas are always clean and well maintained. Internet speed, restaurant and meeting room facilities are excellent. Ruth and her team have been very helpful and adaptive to our office requirements, We highly recommend Ruth and Merlin House

Just an update to my previous reviews. 7 months after leaving the site I have now given up all expectations of getting my deposit of £800 back. The previous replies from BizSpace on both reviews were that the centre manager is dealing with the complaints. Obviously nothing ever happened and the centre manager is no longer there. I did send Chris O'Conner (COCO) an email to return to the account I paid the deposit from and provided the account details. I never received a reply.

I would like to leave a short review to say the cheadle place bizspace centre is fantastic and the manager Ian Walker has been absolutely fantastic with his communication and if any issues arise he has also responded even out of hours. I would highly recommend this centre as choice for your next office. Great management and Clean covid safe.

I enjoy working in Discovery Court. The people are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The reception area is welcoming for our clients and gives a very professional outlook. Our restaurant is great - food is reasonable and good. The kitchens provide us with the ability to make our own tea and coffee or light lunches if we wish. Our offices are split into three areas, they look great, have good lighting and air con. Lastly I like that BizSpace organise regular networking events - this makes it easier to get to know people and find out about other businesses and opportunities.

Nothing is too much trouble and we genuinely feel that there is a concerted effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible - so much so that we have already moved to a bigger office!

My Company has been at Bizspace Brooklands Court site in Hunslet for over 14 years. Over the years we have occupied a variety of offices all of which have been excellent value I can also say that all the staff have been friendly and cooperative throughout our time here As such we do not envisage moving anytime soon

We were at Bizspace for a number of years and they were absolutely awful landlords. The roof leaked for most of our tenancy and they just wouldn't get it fixed (and by leaked I mean water pouring through 3 floors to the entrance hall). We were broken into 3 times and we had to force them to add security to our windows - turned out lots of units were repeatedly broken into but they didn't want bad PR so they didn't share the information amongst tenants to improve security. I honestly would avoid these landlords as they do not take their responsibility seriously. They also put up the rent at random times whenever they felt like as they work on a license basis. Sharks beware. Edited to add - Bizspace have replied but it is pure PR spiel - they were well aware of the break ins and the leaks (it has been leaking for over 2 years!) and have done nothing about it in this time.

We have been tenants at fieldhouse Industrial estate for 12 months now. It took us a while to find the right unit in Rochdale so when this one came up at an affordable rent we jumped at it. We have no problems here at all. The security is great. We cannot fault having security on site 24 hours a day. We feel safe leaving our vehicle on site knowing there is someone on site to keep an eye on things. Whenever we have had any issues they have been dealt with promptly by Chris and his great team. We hope to be here for the long term as the unit is in an ideal spot for us with easy access to the M62
