Words can’t express how fortunate I feel to have come across Biz space at Empress Business Centre Manchester. Ellen and Lorraine made us feel welcomed from the very beginning and all the way to the end when we moved into our new office space. They even checked on us to ensure we were settling in well. It can be daunting starting a new business but Ellen and Lorraine kept reassuring us and this meant a lot to me. Poole

After viewing a number of locations in the area for our first offices, we moved into Discovery Court, Poole in February 2019 and are absolutely delighted with the facility. The team on site are extremely supportive and helpful, and made it easy for us to settle in. The café on site is a real bonus too. We have quickly expanded to a larger suite of offices within the building, and again the whole thing was a breeze, thanks to Gordon and the team. I would highly recommend Discovery Court to any company who are looking for a well managed facility to support their business both initially and as you look to grow. As a result of the excellent support we have received from the Poole team, we have used BizSpace again to provide us with additional office space in Basingstoke to support our company growth.

I’ve been a tenant at Bizspace Rochdale…

I’ve been a tenant at Bizspace Rochdale (Fieldhouse) for over 10 years, but as business demands changed I had to leave the area a few years ago. However, due to a recent expansion in the business I was looking to open another site back in Rochdale, I came back to Bizspace Rochdale (Fieldhouse) mainly due to location and excellent security presence. In the many years of being a tenant at Fieldhouse I’ve never experienced any issues with burglaries or vandalism. They have always provided a good watchful eye when windows have been accidentally left open and been good enough to give me a call to secure the property. Another plus point to the site is the excellent food cabin (Bright & Breezey) which is convenient for the tenants on the site. They also cater for business meetings which has come in useful on many occasions. A new site manager (Garry) has recently took over the site. Garry is very approachable and has been very helpful. I’ve seen some good improvements taking place onsite since he has started.

Great office space with staff that go the extra mile!

Really great offices with great amenities and very friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Can't fault Gordon and his team one bit - always there to help with a big smile and the teams communication is great Gordon helped us enormously to move into our new offices, and when they soon became too small for us he went out of his way to help us find bigger office space, making the transition from one to the other very smooth indeed. He has the patience of a saint! He is well connected, and has given us contact details for movers and other service providers. Would also like to mention Ian in maintenance - again no job is too much effort - the whole team really do go out of their way to help! Would thoroughly recommend Bizspace.

Only recently moved into the offices in Cheadle, Adam and alex the maintenance man have been Unbelievable in help[ing sort everything, Adam genuinely made the difference between me choosing here and somewhere else that was cheaper with the sheer effort he went too to help and exceed expectation. Alex has gone above and beyond in dealing with the jobs needed in the office and his attention to the tiny little details has made a huge difference to the look and the feel of the place, I genuinely believe he has helped to increase productivity by the difference his workmanship has made. BizSpace in Manchester, has been a delight to work with for the last 12 months, anything that we have needed done or changed in the office has been follow through quickly. A lot of our visitors express how Lorraine the Receptionist has been so helpful and polite. Ellen has recently taken on the management role for our center and has hit the ground running, taking the time out to come and introduce herself to all of the tenants and is always happy to help, as explained any job has been done promptly and to a great standard.

Outstanding venue to deliver training or hold meetings.

We booked a training room at Biz space Sunderland to deliver pre employment training this week and I must say the room and service provided was outstanding! nothing was too much trouble, on arrival I was shown to the room which had full facilities required interactive white board TV HDMI connection and superb internet , we were also provided with full tea and coffee facilities and bottled water fresh each day. The Building and room was spotlessly clean and there was not one thing I could fault also a mass amount of free parking, If anyone is looking for a space for meetings or to deliver training I would highly recommend !

Bizspace treats tenants with contempt

Absolutely awful company who treat their tenants with contempt. Be prepared to fight to get your deposit back, and also for the scam charges they will automatically deduct even when they do finally pay you the money (and this only after weeks of chasing and being told repeatedly it will be paid, only to find it hadn't been, again and again). I only rented a unit for 6 months, left it in perfect condition but first they tried to charge me £165 for an electrical safety check (as apparently 'some tenants' change the electrics, which I did not). I managed to argue against that, but check the small print of the contract, which slips in something about a 3 month mail redelivery after you leave - for which they will charge you £108!! I never had mail delivered there, so I'm paying £108 for them to do NOTHING. It's just an excuse to extract more money from you. I'm a sole trader who tried to run a small vintage clothing business from a Bizspace office on the third floor but had to leave due to the fact that the lift was constantly broken and I could not receive deliveries, which impacted my business and my profits. Not to mention that I had to lug all my outgoing deliveries down 3 flights of stairs every day. Tried emailing head office about the lift, never received a reply. Don't expect to ever receive a reply from anyone at head office to your emails, and if someone tells you on the phone that they are dealing something, they will simply not do it. They should be compensating me for the loss of earnings due to the lift, and the time and stress of chasing them for my deposit for over 5 weeks - instead they steal £108 from me for a non-existent postal redelivery service. Avoid this company at all costs. Bizspace do not care about small businesses, they do not care about their customers, they care about nothing but their own profit.

Absolutely Astounded of What a Teriible Experience

I went to Bizspace in Oldham Saddleworth in start of October. The office i rented was of on an okay standard but the cost was quite low to match. As the months progressed into winter. I found the office to be extremely cold. Almost down to 10 degrees...particular on a Monday. I was assured that the overnight heaters that i was paying around £35 for was substantial enough. However these did barely anything. The heat output was poor and the window had not been sealed so a major draft was coming through. In mid-December if decided to invest in a good external plugin heater to raise the unworkable temperature. During the period of mid-December and mid Jan i was in the office for JUST 4 days due to the Christmas period, man flu etc. In late Jan i then received an invoice. Quite astonished that the electricity bill on top of the normal electric was £125 for 4 days. My question is what it would cost for a month working at Bizspace. I then decided to log my complaint, work from home to avoid such costs and incur the flat rate cost of the office due to the contract. My complaint was dealt with and i was told that somebody would need to move in before i could leave the agreement. Which was fair enough. However, I remained unwilling to pay the electricity bill and costs until it was investigated. A day after I received notification that the electricity meter was correct. Which was farcical! I was also told that potential clients would be possibly renting my unit and at that point i could leave. In addition, the manager over at Saddleworth would let me know the progress. Recently in June i decided to move back to the office due to the warmer climate. All cost was paid. I then had a call from the manager telling me that my unit had been now allocated and i was unable to move back. They had also been into my office taking out without even an email to let me know. The manager offered me another unit in the building but i declined due nightmarish thought of heating issues arising again. Only in light of the fact that i was now not going to continue to rent from bizspace did they decide apply a Health & Safety check of the electricity at a cost of £96 deducting my deposit from £400 to £304. I agreed and was told i would recieve the cheque in the next 10 days. 15 days later i had nothing back. So i decided to email making the enquiry. The manager was rude and simply asked for my forwarding address so he could re-issue a cheque. My question was "why do you now need to reissue a cheque"...His answer. Because there is a mailing forwarding service of £108 to be deducted from my deposit. Now bringing it down to £196. Again now waiting another 10 days. Im pretty sure at this point in 10 days’ time that if will receive nothing and will then have another fee applied bringing my deposit down to a big £0. If you value your business and your hard earned money, I would think twice about Bizspace.

We have been based in BizSpace Hollinwood for the past 9 years. As a growing business, BizSpace Hollinwood has helped play a role in our growth with the ability to offer training rooms, conference rooms, on site catering and ample parking. Walter and Steve, the management team have always tried to accommodate our business whether that’s helping move to bigger offices or helping with last minute unforeseen issues. Nothing is to much trouble and you are always made to feel that they are on your side whatever the problem. Despite a significant investment in the business centre over the last few years, the office overheads have always remained very competitively priced. Evening and weekend access to the centre is no issue at all. We would recommend any company thinking of moving to Bizspace to take that leap

BizSpace provide affordable office spaces. They have large spaces for large organisations and smaller spaces that are suitable for a small business or an individual. Buildings are always clean, well maintained and receive compliments when clients visit. Rachel at the Centre is very professional and performs her duties well. Great place to work!

Since beginning work at BizSpace in November, myself & my colleague have found it nothing but a lovely place to work. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, including the other office workers. On many occasions we have had to ask for certain things from Neil & Vicky at reception and they have both gone out of their way to assist. We have a spacious office which, in my opinion, is great value for money within the area. Highly recommended workspace :-)
