Before, I was a tenant of London Conley Bizspace. I rent the premises from 1 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2023. In the last 3 three months, before I moved out, the rent increase without any notice. The payment was done by direct debit, I report the case to the office, but no one reply me. I stop the direct debit finally. And they continued to send me wrong amount bill.I moved out from the premises at 31 Jan 2023. According to the contact, I can get back my deposit after 30 days of moving out. Today is 29 Mar 2023. I still cannot have refund. In between, I have sent email to the head office and site manager for few time. Unfortunately, nobody give me a phone call nor reply email to discuss the follow up.In case the refund is in process, just let me. But, Bizspace is no feedback, no respond. Reply to the customer is basic job duties of site manager, However, I don't have BASIC services. If the rating can be negative, it should be -5 stars.

Working within the premises for the last 3 years, the efficiency and general running of BizSpace is second to none!
Zulfiya, the general manager, is always ensuring that all users of BizSpace are well informed of any prior events, activities and maintenance.
Upon contacting Zulfiya for any assistance needed, she replies and assists above her demands. Very helpful, and has built a very welcoming work place for us all, whether we are contracted or just visiting.

While tenants at BizSpace Wimbledon mice ate food and soft furnishings in our suite. The building was told, we didn't see any new traps.Receptionist (who has now left BizSapce) was helpful, but often absent, and the front door was left wedged open for extended periods, including out of hours.When leaving BizSpace initially asked us to pay for water damage to the ceiling which was clearly years old, we were there for 11 months.When you serve your notice they charge £50.00 per month for 3 months after you have left for forwarding mail, they deduct it from your returned deposit without warning. There is no opt out in the contract.

I enquired about co working space in Ashford, Kent. Roisin was beyond helpful in showing me around as well as explaining everything to me as this is my first office/co working area! Out of all the places to choose from I chose BizSpace due to how lovely the building is as well as how on hand Roisin is with running everything and always being there for any further questions that I have (which is a lot!). I’m now settled and to say I’m happy with my choice would be an understatement. There’s a very good energy in the building and everyone is so welcoming - especially since it is dog friendly! I think this must have something to do with everyone’s happy demeanour around the clock! If you’re thinking of renting a desk/co working space or even an office I recommend you look no further! This building is brand new with up to date decor, security and the best facilities. Furthermore, you’re guaranteed to be managed well with Roisin being here!

Theale has recently been renovated and its amazing now ,lovely colours,great seating area for people to have lunch and a coffee (which is free) a great outdoor space for taking a break and so clean . We had a lovely warm welcome when we went to view the site, which was really clean and nice and there was just a real friendly atmosphere. We moved in June 2021 and we are extremely happy there. The manager and staff are very helpful and willing to assist with anything that we need. We sometimes work late and there is good security, so we always feel safe. There is a real community atmosphere with all the other site users. We would definitely recommend this site if you are looking for premises for your business.

I approached Kevin at BizSpace in Tyseley with a rather strange request. We needed a location to film a music video and one of the industrial units at BizSpace was perfect. Keven arranged for me to come and have a look round the unit and make sure it was suitable prior to shooting. I was even given a pack of sweets for the journey home! Kevin allowed us free access to the unit for the night that we needed to shoot and was regularly in contact to make sure everything went well with the shoot! I cannot recommend Kevin and BizSpace Tyseley enough!

I've been with Bizspace in Corinium house Gloucester now for about a month and it's been such a smooth transition. I was initially shown around by Phil Swinford and the moment i stepped into the building I had made my mind up that i wanted Wolf Creek UK to be based there.Thanks to Phil the process was swift and enjoyable and he will do his best to accommodate your needs within the Bizspace company guidelines, definitely an asset to them.The building itself is spotless and extremely friendly and has everything that you could possibly need in your day-to-day business life. If you are looking for office space then I would not hesitate to recommend Bizspace, and if you are lucky enough to have Phil as your center manager then in my opinion you have hit the Jackpot!
